Chapter 8(Vedika in jail)

The scene starts from kartik waking up...he saw that it was 7 pm and he had to meet mishti, then go to vedika's house...he didn't found his phone there, so he came out and saw naira working on her laptop...

NAIRA:(smiling) uth gaye tum... chlo hum mishti ko dekh aate h ek baar...hosh toh use kal subah tkk hi aayega, pr tum beth skte ho uske pas..

Kartik nodded and they both went to check on mishti...kartik sat on the stool and held mishti's hand, kissing her knuckles...naira was standing beside him..she hugged him tightly as he got emotional...

KARTIK:(still hugging her) naira mujhe kisi kaam se ghar jaana hoga aaj...mein kal subah aa jaunga..tum mishti ka khayal rkhna..(Making up an excuse)

NAIRA:(caressing his hair) tum thik ho..(he hummed) vese esa kya kaam h jo tum puri raat ke liye jaa rhe ho..

KARTIK:(breaking the hug) kuch important kaam h...i m sorry mein nhi bta skta tumhe...(looking at her) tumne mera phone dekha.. mein kbse dhund rha hu...

Naira held kartik's hand and took him to her cabin without answering his questions...he was confused why she is behaving like this...naira took him to her room and locked it...

KARTIK:(confused) naira tum mujhe yaha kyu layi ho...i m sorry but mujhe late ho rha h..ghar jaana h...

NAIRA:(looking into his eyes) apne ghar ya vedika mehta ke ghar...(kartik was shocked) usi ke ghar jaa rhe ho naa...aur kyu jaa rhe ho yeh bhi mujhe pta h...

KARTIK:(shocked) n.ai.ra...

NAIRA:(Making him sit on the bed and telling him everything about vedika's crimes) koi paise nhi degi vo tumhe, pr lifetime ka pain zroor degi...(cupping his face as he was crying badly) kyu kartik...tumne mujhe kyu nhi btaya ki tumhare pas paise nhi h.. itna paraya kr diya mujhe...(wiping his tears) tum mujhe apna maano ya na maano, mere liye tum mere bff hi rhoge...I'll not let anything wrong happen with u...(told him her plan) don't worry, uss vedika ko chodungi nhi mein...tum bss vese hi krna jese mene kaha h...

Kartik nodded and wiped his tears...he had nothing to say...he was shocked to know vedika's reality...he realized if naira wouldn't hv got to know about this, vedika would hv raped him till now...he hugged naira, crying his heart out...she rubbed his back and caressed his hair lovingly...
