"He would've been 20 today" I said before Matt could say anything
"It wouldn't feel real for a while" Matt said as he put down the mixer
"Do you wanna pour it into the pans or me" he said rinsing off his hands
"I'll do it" I said hoping off the counter
Today would've been coopers 20th birthday, so we decided to make a cake.

I turned of my phone before pulling out of The driveway
I began walking through the cemetery to coopers grave when I saw Jaden sitting in front of it
I silently walked up and sat beside him
"Hey Jae" I said clearly scaring him
"Do I need to go" he said hoping up revealing his blood shot eyes
"No it's ok" I said as I brought my knees to my chest
He slowly sat down and put his head down
"How are you doing" I said looking over at him
"Not very good, ever since cooper passed I quit doing the things that make me happy.. all I do is sit around waiting for him to call and say that is was all some big misunderstanding" he said laughing at himself
"If I'm being honest, I'm doing the same.. if it weren't for Matt Chris and nick I would probably be 6 feet under with him" I said taking a deep breath
