As teenagers, you should be careful what you see from your childhood and for parents, it's also your responsibility.

Sure it's not easy but, learn to control your mind and desires. Most teenagers tend to get lost in life but only few get to fulfill their purpose.
Be determined to be a teenager who is pious till marriage. Trust me, it has its own advantages.
One of which is getting your all first experiences with your spouse (speaking of both males and females)
