..

Rituji scoffed. "hai koun yeh bass ek ehsaan faramosh ladki. papaji ese hi pta nhi kyu utha laye isse."

"Stop it!" Chandra ji glared at her before he glanced at me helplessly. "Late ho gya h aur funeral kabka khatm ho gya h ab tum ghar jaao."

"Thank you, Chachaji," Both Rituji and Chandraji were over fifty years old. They didn't have any children and lived comfortably on the shares of Shukla's Corporation.

Rituji thodi bolne ki tez ho sakti h pr mujhe pta h voh dil ki buri nhi h. Aue yeh aur Chandra ji toh bhaut pyara couple h sab bhaut pasand krte h inhe sath.

As they walked away, stood in front of Grandpa's grave, still deep in thought. My relationship with Sidharth would possibly come to an end since Grandpa had passed on.
I'm going to lose him, after all.

"Grandpa, take care. I'll visit you later," Yeh keh kr mai jaa hi rhi thi pr joh maine dekha, mai bhaut shock thi.

Yeh yaha kab aaya?

He was dressed in black, with his cold face. He was standing close by and was gazing at Grandpaa's gravestone sternly, I was unable to sense the thoughts that were running through his mind.

At the sight of me, he hurriedly urged, "Chalo yaha se."

Ky yeh yaha mujhe lene aaya h?

I stopped him hurriedly just as he was about to leave. "Sidharth mai jaanti hu unhe tumhari shadi jabardasti karayi thi pr afterall tumhare grandfather h jane do sab baatien ab..."

Seeing that his gaze darkened, I trailed off hesitantly.

I expected ki mujh pr chillaega ab, but he merely turned around and left.

I followed him. The sky was already dark by now. The driver who had brought me here had left because Sidharth was here.

Left with no other option, I got into Sidharth's car. He started the engine and drove off silently. I clenched my fingers, wanting to ask him about Rashmi, but when I saw his dark expression thought better than to do it. After a long silence, I couldn't help but ask, "How is Ms. Desai doing?" I didn't push her, but she did happen to fall in front of my eyes.

The vehicle let out an ear-splitting screech as it came to an abrupt halt. I was thrown forward by the force of it. Beforecould react, Sidharth pinned me down and leaned over.

The man was glowering at me icily. Keenly detecting a sense of danger, I recoiled as I soon parted my lips. "Sidharth." "Tum joh chahti thi voh vaisi hi h?" he mocked. "Shenaz, ky tumhe saachi lgta h kyuki dadaji ne tumhe voh box de diya toh ab mai tumhe divorce nhi dunga."

My heart skipped a beat. Did he find out after merely a few hours? That's fast.

"Mai Maine use dhakka nhi maara ." I met his gaze and held back the bitterness in my heart. "Sidhath mujhe saachi mein nhi pta h ki uss box mein ky h aur tum agar divorce lena hi chahte ho toh kl hi le lete h mujhe saachi mein koi dikkat nhi h.

The sky was full dark and it started raining already. Sidharth was stunned at my words and said" Rashi abhi bhi hospital mein h. Ab tumhe divorce isiliye chaiye taki use dhakka dene wali baat pr se bach jaao."

"Tum mujhse chate ky ho sidharth", I asked kyuki mujhe ita ab pta chl gya h ki Rashmi jab tak hospital mein h yeh mujhe yaha jaane nhi dega.

"Rashmi ka khayal abse tum rakhogi jab tak voh sahi nhi ho jaati," he straightened his back and announced, his fingers drumming on the steering wheel casually.

"Ab ky mai uss ladki ka khayal rakhu jisko mai apne pati ki bhahon mein din raat dekhti hu. Yeh mere sath hi kyu hota h Shivji", She thought.
