As we made our way to the house, it started to storm.

Great.

Trying not to get wet, I flicked up the hood of my hoodie.

Well, Robin's hoodie.

The rain started coming down harder.

"Should we start running?" Gwen asked

While I didn't mind running, I'd rather not right now. So I started looking around.

After a moment or two, I spotted two bikes just laying on the corner of the sidewalk.

I pointed at them, "There. No need for running."

Gwen and I walked over to the bikes and propped them up as quickly as possible.

Before we could ride away, we heard a voice from behind us.

"Hey! Those are our bikes!" Some little boy yelled

"Sorry! We'll bring them back!" Gwen yelled back

We heard the cries of a girl behind us.

I'll admit, I did feel a bit bad taking their bikes. But, it'll all be worth it.

We rode for a bit, trying to look for that house again.

I just hope we aren't too late.

~❤︎︎~

We rode for what felt like hours up and down streets, still unable to find the house.

"This is starting to feel pointless." I said, starting to lose hope.

Gwen turned to me for a second, "If we want to find them in time, we have to keep looking."

I nodded. She was right. We just had to keep going.

The storm was getting worse, even the hood of Robin's hoodie wasn't stopping the rain water from obstructing my vision.

"I hope we're somewhat close. I can barely see!" I told Gwen

"Yeah, but we're getting close! I can feel it!" She responded

I hope so.

The sounds of thunder were getting loud and the wind certainly didn't help.

Then all of a sudden there was loud thunder, followed by a flash.

And there they stood.

The dead boys.

However, there was only 4 of them.

Billy, Vance, Bruce, and Griffin.

No Finn. No Robin.

Thank fucking god.

The startle of seeing that along with the loud thunder, Gwen and I had fallen off our bikes.

"Are you okay?" I asked loudly

"I'm okay! Did you see that?" She asked

I only nodded, a bit too stunned to speak more.

I looked to my left and there it was.

The house. However, there was no black van in sight.

"As much as I want to go in, shouldn't we call the police?" Gwen asked

I shook my head, "There's no time."

"But-" She started to say

"Okay. Gwen, go home. Call the cops." I told her

Her eyes widened. "You aren't seriously gonna go in there by yourself, are you?!"

I glanced at her, "By the time the cops get here, they could die."

"Okay, I know I might be crazy, but this? This is stupid!" She exclaimed

"Maybe, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. For Robin and Finn." I said

She sighed, clearly not on board with this reckless plan of mine.

Was it stupid? Hell yeah.

But I would do anything for him.

Even if it meant I could die.
