the stars align
i sneak in the night
grabbing
whatever i can
to finally end
this terrible linkage
between my parents and me
feeling endlessly wrapped and trapped
in schemes and ignorancy
and now
im on the attack
and the best thing
to end this night
would to end up
with all of our brains shot out.
