Reader Info: Like Midoriya you were born Quirkless, but you had amazing intelligence.
And like Midoriya, you wanted to become a hero, and you did, through your own means.
After becoming a scientist you invented a necklace that grants you various abilities such as increased strength, speed, night vision and the ability to survive under water just to name a few.
However, these powers could only be activated for an hour, and then it would need to recharge for another hour.
Thanks to this you earned the name Hourman and you disguised this device as your Quirk "Power Hour."
You keep this a secret because, well if Villains found out about this, you'd be a target for them.
You're also a teacher at U.A and an old friend of Toshinori Yagi.

Midnight and Mt Lady: Both these girls are super thirsty for you.
You and Midnight were childhood friends and she'd often defend you from bullies who'd pick on you due to you being Quirkless.
Mt Lady had always been a fan of yours and one of the reasons she became a hero was to meet you.
