"Do you wanna go take a walk around the kingdom? We can decide what we want to do on the walk" I asked while cuddling with Espresso
"Sure" They said
"Alright"
We both got changed, then we left to take a walk
"Remember when we took a walk when your pistanthrophobia was bad?" I asked
"Oh yeah" Espresso said
"I'm glad I helped you warm up"
"I'm so glad I warmed up to you. I love you so fucking much"
I blushed and smiled
"I love you more sweets" I said
We gave each other a side hug and continued walking
Then I realized that Espresso keeps getting hallucinations
"Did you take your hallucination medicine today?" I asked
"Yeah. I took it before going to my lab" Espresso said
"Alright good"
"I love how you actually care about me.. Not many cookies care much"
"Of course I care! You're my lover"
"Also, can I tell you something..?"
"Of course honey"
Espresso stopped and sighed
"We'll have to go back home.. What I need to tell you is pretty private" They said
"That's fine!" I said cheerfully
We teleported back home, then Espresso faced me
"I'm half dragon" They said (or are they 🤭)
(that probably just gave away the surprise, but whatever)
They let their dragon features show
I was amazed
I looked at them with sparkling eyes
"Were you hatched from an egg??" I asked
"No.. At least I don't think so" They said (or were they-)
"From what I remember, Pitaya gave me a potion that made me half dragon. They asked if I wanted to be one, and I said yes" They continued
"Can I nibble on your wing?" I asked in an excited voice (definitely not based off what happened in one of the rp servers im in)
They giggled
"Sure" They said
I went to their wing and softly nibbled
"God your so adorable" Espresso said while letting me nibble

"Espresso was here??" Fire Spirit asked
"Yeah" I said
"Why didn't you tell meee? I haven't seen them in YEARS. I had the assumption that they died!"
"...Fire Ssspirit... You were literally refusssing to come to my palace"
"You just said 'I have a surprise'"
"I thought that would've made you follow me"
"I hate surprises"
"Whatever you sssay.."
"Anyways, when can I see them again"
I sighed
"I ssstill need time. I don't know how they'll react to what I wanna tell them" I said
"So rip the bandaid off" Fire Spirit sighed
"Not now. You'll sssee them in a bit. Jussst.. Give me a few daysss.. Essspressso hasss a hard time trussting othersss.. They may not believe me when I tell them you know what.."
"Fine. But I will continue thinking about the past until I can see Espresso"
"Fine with me"
Then he teleported away
I looked at a baby picture on the wall
'Why did you have to be taken away from me for a while..'
