Why?

You and Draco have been dating for at least two years. You guys have had the best relationship but recently he has been coming home extra late after work, would ignore you, and won't give you attention. Today you thought it was time to confront him and figure out what was going on with him.

Y/n's P.O.V
I know Draco isn't going to be home until midnight but I'm going to stay up and wait for him. I have to get to bottom of this, if he's cheating on me I will find out tonight. I really hope he isn't cheating on me that would be devastating to me.. okay just snap out of it y/n! It probably isn't that big of a deal. You'll be fine!

You walked into the kitchen and started making dinner. You made (your favorite food) for dinner and put Draco's food in the oven to keep it warm for when he gets home. You went to the dining room table and started eating. The food was delicious, You walked to the sink and put your plate, fork, and glass cup in the sink to wash them.

While You were washing the dishes you heard the front door open and close, followed by a loud sigh. It was Draco, you knew his sigh and by the sounds of it he was stressed. You glanced at the clock and realized it was only 9 o'clock. You turned the water off in the sink and walked out of the Kitchen.

You noticed Draco sitting on the couch reading through the mail that was on the coffee table. You walked to the couch and sat next to Draco well here goes nothing.. you thought. You started to speak but Draco cut you off.

Draco's P.O.V
I noticed y/n was about to speak and i really didn't want to hear what she was about to say so I decided to cut her off. "Don't say anything, I already know what your about to say and I really don't wanna talk about that right now. Work was stressful today and I don't want to talk about anything like that right now" I put the mail down and walked into the kitchen.

I grabbed my food out of the oven like always. Man I love y/n's cooking it's always so good! I went to the dining room and sat at the table and started eating. I heard footsteps coming into the kitchen I knew it was y/n. I looked up and quickly looked at her. She walked over to me and sat down next to me. I looked down at my food and continued to eat.

"Come on please Draco.. I just want to talk with you.." I heard her say in a low voice. I can tell she was hurt, her voice cracked mid sentence. I looked up at her feeling guilty. I could see she had a look of hope in her eyes when I looked up at her.

Y/n's POV
Okay we are making some progress... finally. "What has been going on with you..? Why have you been ignoring me, acting like I'm not your girlfriend and coming home late?" Draco stayed silent for a little bit I continued staring at him hoping he will answer. "Y/n.." Draco said looking me right in the eyes. "I've been coming home late well because I've talked my boss into giving me extra shifts so I can have enough money for an engagement ring.." Draco said pulling out a small black box from his pocket. "W-what?" You said looking at the box and back at him. "Yeah.. and I'm really sorry I didn't tell you I wanted it to be a surprise." He said looking at you and reached for your hand. "It's okay but that still isn't an excuse for you ignoring me and acting like I don't exist." You said pulling your hand away. "I know I know, I had no right to do that.. I'm so sorry darling. I guess I only did it because I was tired and exhausted." Draco looked down. "Oh hey hey it's okay. As long as your not falling out of love It's fine" i take my index finger and make him look at me. Omg his eyes are just beautiful I love them. "I promise it won't happen again my love." He says placing a meaningful kiss on my lips. I smile during the kiss causing him to smile back. When the kiss ends Draco gets in one knee and grabs the small black box.

"Y/n y/l/n you are the most beautiful, sweetest, loving, amazing girlfriend I can ever ask for. I really want to make you my wife one day so that's why I'm on my knee right now so y/n will you do the honors and marrying me?" Draco opens the box revealing a beautiful rose gold engagement ring. "Yes yes yes!!!!" I say holding back tears, I can't believe this day actually happened.

Draco's POV:
I can't believe she said yes! I'm marrying the most beautiful woman she's all mine. I'm surprised she said yes because of the things that have been happening but I promised her they won't happen again and I'm a man of my word so I know it won't happen again.

I stand up and put the ring on my wife's finger (the picture above) and pull her in for a deep loving kiss. She's all mine now and I'm so lucky to have her is the only thought going through my head at this time.

A/n:
I'm sorry it's been a long time I really am sorry I just don't have any ideas. Im trying to think of ideas but I might starts another book on Veronica Lodge because I have plenty of imagines for her. (I still will be doing this book) but if I should please tell me because idk if y'all want me to. bye Draco lovers 🍏
