Nilesy X reader: Lost cat

Your P.O.V

I knocked on my best friend, Liam's (Nilesy) door.

About 20 minutes ago I got a text from him saying that Lyndon was missing.

That poor cat never left the house without being attached to his lead. How the heck could he lose him!?

The door to the flat flew open and a very stressed looking Liam Nilesy stood their. His eyes lit up when he saw me. "Y/N! Thank goodness your here." He said happily. Grabbing my arm and pulling me in.

"Whoa. Careful. I want to keep my arms in tacked." I giggle. He smiles slightly.

After we done another search through the house it was ear that my best friends black cat companion wasn't here.

"Okay. Have you searched the garden?" I ask. He shakes his head. Making his hair fly into his face. I blush a bit.

He may be my best friend but he is the most attractive man I've ever seen. And he's right when he says people with glasses do look good. And he is one of the most sexiest men in the Yogscast.

"Y/N? Y/N!" Liam yelled. Snapping me back to reality. I shake my head. "Sorry. Lost in thought." I tell him. "Oh. Okay. And no I haven't checked the garden." He says.

"Okay then. Let's go check it." I say. Grabbing his arm and pulling him out.

After searching behind small ferns and all the bins we went back inside with out Lyndon.

"Y/N, it's getting late. You should go home." Liam said. Sounding down hearted. I look at the clock on my phone. It was nearing midnight.

"I know. But we still haven't found Lyndon." I say sadly. He sighs. He'll come home when he's hungry. He doesn't know how to hunt in the outside world."

"How did he even get out?" I ask. "When I went outside to out something in the bins I left the door a tiny bit open and he must have nudged it with his nose." He said.

"Ah." I say. Understanding. "Well. I better go." I say giving him a hug. He hugs me back. I sigh and stand in my tip toes to kiss his cheek.

I wasn't short but this man was a true giant.

I saw his face flush. "B-bye." He stuttered. Is mile and grab my bag.

I grabbed a taxi and it took me home. I paid the man as he stopped outside my house. Then i got out. I pulled out my keys and went to unlock the door.

"Meow."

The sudden noise made me drop my keys I shock. I looked down to see a pair of glassy green eyes in all the shadows.

"Lyndon? Oh you bad cat." I say as i bend down and pick him up. He began to purer like a lion. He was covered in mud and was shaking like a leaf.

"Oh Jesus." I mutter. Looking at the state he's in. "Your gonna have to go for a bath before I take you back." I say picking up my keys and unlocking the door.

Once we were inside i went into the bathroom and ran a shallow bath. Before I got Lyndon and out him in. At first he's hiss and thrash about but after a fee minuets me seemed to settle.

Letting me rub off all the mud and dirt. After tat I grabbed a towel and my hair dryer to get him dry. Using an old comb to brush out any tangles in his fur.

"There. All clean." I say. Admiring my handy work. Lyndon purred and licked his paws. I smile ad look at getting clock.

Holy shit.

It's nearly 2 o'clock i the morning.

I laugh to myself as i pick up Lyndon and my phone before running out of the house. Making sure to lock in first.

I ran all the way to Liam's house and knocked rapidly on the door. He opened it slowly. "Y/N? Why are you back her-! LYNDON!!" He yelled. Throwing open the door.

I smile and Lyndon leaps into Liam's arms.
"You had me worried sick you silly cat." Liam told his companion. He looked at me. "Thank you. How did you find him?" He asked.

"He was on my doorstep when I got home." I tell him. Pulls me into a hug. "Thank you." He whispers. I look up and suddenly his lips collide with mine.

When he pulls away I'm in shock. "Y/N. I'm so sorry. I jus-!"

I cut him off by pressing my lips against his. "Don't apologise. Just getting happy we're not hanging up 'lost cat' posters everywhere." I smile.

He laughs. "I'm grateful for that. And I'm grateful for you." He says.

Kissing me once again.
