harry and i met almost exactly one year ago, at one of me and my best mates new years parties. we'd figured out then that we had lived in the same apartment complex in London for about two years without knowing. nothing out of the ordinary happened at the party, just chats, and drinks. for the first couple months of the year we kept bumping into each other at our gym, having a bit of banter and small talk. then we started going to parties and clubs together, as it was always safer to go with a friend (especially if they live in the same building). we'd introduced each other to our friends and everyone got along swimmingly. 

at this point in time, harry and i are nothing more than best friends. we're often with each other pretty much whenever we can be. our friends say were practically the same person. people on the internet swear were dating. but we know we're just friends.

i put my phone down, giggling to myself in my brothers apartment in paris. sometimes i really wonder if harrys brain is ever on. to give him credit it's pretty much a ritual for me to go over to his late at night, smoke with him, eat, chill for a couple more hours, then go home to bed. lux and freezy hate us as we usually cause a ruckus in the early hours of the morning. but deep down everyone knows they really love us.

'hii mim' harry sheepishly says, his face lighting up my phone. 

'hi bog how you doing all alone without me' 

'sad, lonely, crying everyday' he pouts. 

'oh shut up' i giggle. 

'hows your brothers?' 

'its really good, christmas dinner in paris isn't the same as the uk but its very pretty here and always good to see the fam. im kinda done with it all now though, missing everyone' 

'but you're heading back soon yeah?" 

'yeah my trains tomorrow afternoon'

'send me the details ill pick you up from the station' 

'ok bog you that bored?' he lets out a laugh in response to my statement 'how was christmas in london?' 

'it was okay we just did some shoots for the main channel and side plus, but had a big roast at josh and freyas for dinner' 

'mmm yum im so jealous' 

harry and i continue calling until he ends up falling asleep on facetime. i quickly smile to myself before hanging up the call, putting my phone on charge, and heading to sleep.
