You were called in for an interview with Scp 049, you've been observing him for about 3 months now and you admit you both have unprofessionally chatted that the rest of the foundation won't aprove of as you're not meant to make friends with the scp's.
For this interview you had to be in the same room with Scp 049 and uncuffed as that was what Scp 049 asked for and in turn he'll be compliant and honest with his answers.
'I'm probably gonna die' you thought to yourself as you silently walked towards the table he was sat at and went to the opposite side.
"Hello" he said
"Hello" you answered and set the papers of the questions on the table
"First off, why did you want to meet like this?"
"We're both doctors here and you don't have the pestilence so we have no reason to be worried. I wanted to finally meet you face to face since you've been studying me for a while now"
At least he's holding his end of the bargain.
"Can you get the pestilence like some people can?"
"I am the cure, so I don't get the pestilence despite this place being riddled with it"
"How come I don't have the pestilence?"
"Thankfully, not everyone has the pestilence. You are very lucky"
"Why'd you ask for me spercifically?"
"I feel our talks together have formed a good friendship, so I felt we should at least meet in person"
"If I may, can we put this interview in pause for a few minutes" he asked
"What for?"
He didn't answer, instead he got up and placed his hand on your head, you dropped onto the table, dead.
It took hours of surgery and experimentation but eventually you began opening your eyes, seeing the light above you. You got up with a pounding headache
"My apologise although I test alot of pestilence patients, I have never tested on an unaffected patient. I wanted to see if the pestilence physical affects and how the cure reacts to someone with no pestilence"
Wait. How were you conscious? You always assumbed the 'cured' was just zombie's, you didn't feel like a zombie. What does a zombie feel like? You're confused
"Hm? Something wrong? You're acting differently then the others. I need to take a note of this"
"What's going on?"
He looked surprised when you spoke "I needed to experiment. This is a big discovery"
"How can you think?"
