Arthur Leywin POV

I woke up to being held in a soft hug. Next to mine layed angelic face. Her gentle ocean blue eyes looked at me and smile formed on her lips

" Goodmorning" She said in soft voice

I looked in her eyes and saw future, my future in them. We are in the dungeon, one of the most dangerous places in Dicathen, and yet I can't help but have this kind of thoughts

Strand of her hair fell down on her face, creating perfect mixture of tea green and cadet blue

( A/N I compared the color of her hair and eyes with shades of blue and green and I think that these are the right names for it)

We locked our eyes together, both refusing to look on the other side. At one point it became a gentle staring contest

After a little while we both begun to laugh. Our little contest making us both loose ourselves in laughter

" Goodmorning" I said with a smile

She returned me a smile and gently stroked my cheek. Once again we simply looked at each other. No words were said, we didn't have to. We both knew that we just want to lay together for entire day, even on the two sleeping bags next each other

" You two love birds should get up and start preparing, we are supposed to go soon" I looked towards the source of the voice and Jasmines head looking into our tent, and I literally mean her head, the body was nowhere to be seen

"" okay..."" we both said in unison with dissatisfied expressions

Not wanting to raise any suspicion about our relationship, not yet I mean, I godstepped back into my tent. Of course, I didn't miss an opportunity to kiss Alea before I left, and just before I activated my spell I saw her blush adorably

We packed our thing and prepared to go to the last floor, the one that nobody ever explored. All we know is that there is dungeon boss expecting us there, and that it is eager to kill us

The guardian of his floor was an Insectar Guardian so who knows what might wait for us there

Of course I wasn't worried at all. The monsters that I got used to fighting in Relictombs were all at least an S rank in Dicathens system so there is nothing this dungeon can throw at us that might hurt me

The only reason that I had trouble with Insectar Guardian was because of the restraints that I placed on myself so I could improve

I don't plan on lifting them, but if Alea or Jasmine were to be in any kind of danger, I won't hesitate to use any means necessary to kill the thing that is waiting for us down there

We gathered our belongings and started planning how will we act once that we reach the last floor

We believed that down there is only a boss chamber so we decided that we will go in the most suitable battle formation with Jasmine, Alea and I on the front while Gerd, Loyd and Lucia are supporting us from the back. In the middle of conjurers will be Maria and she will act only when somebody is injured and need an urgent healing

We opened the gate to the last floor and carefully headed toward the only unexplored part of the dungeon

The staircases had drawings of a little girl flying above human skulls. When I saw those I had a huge sense of deja vu

I couldn't quite put a finger on where have I seen them before, but I had a feeling that it is important

As we kept descending I could feel that some of us were getting more and more nervous. Loyd even looked like he wants to go back, but didn't want to say anything, he was acting brave for some reason
