Chapter 3

Alister is wondering what Luca role and his battle style will be.

Alister: ( I have to be careful of this guy. But why am I having a feeling that he doesn't like me very much. So strange )

As he was in thoughts, Bruce and Mr. Clay came right behind him.

Bruce: Dude, are you serious on accepting Luca's duel?

Alister: Yeah and besides, that guy definetely despises me.

Bruce: Well I can't complain, he has a reputation of disliking humans. But it doesn't mean that you should battle him, he is the leader of th—

Alister: I know, but I don't care what he is. That guy asked me for a duel and I ain't backin off.

Mr. Clay: Alright then, follow my lead as I'll show you the battle arena.

Alister: Yes sir

As he entered the arena, Luca was standing on the left side of the field. Alister again is getting the strange feelings from him. A feeling of hatred and....attention? As he walks on the right side of the field where his position is, the students from his entrance hall are watching along with Bruce.

Bruce: I hope he doesn't get hurt.

Student 1: Is he gonna be alright?

Student 2: Luca is insanely powerful. How is the little guy gonna defeat a well known elite rank fighter?

The stadium intercomm was on and Ms. Hillberg was speaking in it.

Ms. Hillberg: Alright! We have a duel battle between, Luca Mcgrand on the right side vs Alister Gothom on the left side.

Alister: ( Alright, keep focus and learn your opponent, I may not know his moves and abilities but I know how to take advantage of every problem I have faced in my training.

Ms. Hillberg: FIGHTERS POWER SET!

Some students who have finished the entrance in other hall have come to watch the duel as they heard her voice.

Student 1: O MY GOSH its's Luca and who is he fighting against?

Student 2: Wait, why would Luca chooses that weirdo as his opponent?

Student 3: He's anyway done for. Luca can take him down like it's no big deal.

Ms. Hillberg: THREE......

Ms. Hillberg: TWO......

Ms. Hillberg: ONE......

Alister and Luca are now focused on getting one thing in this duel. And that is to win.

Ms. Hillberg: Let the duel.....COMMENCE!!

Luca came in dashing with intense speed towards him using shadow speed. Alister did react quickly and throwed and card at him. But Luca didn't flinch from the attack.

Alister: Wait wha—

Luca then did cross slash onto him and made Alister bleed.

Alister: Aurghhh!

Then Luca started a combo of sharp swipe on him. Alister could not dodge the attacks and was helpless. After the ninth combo of Luca's grabbed Alister.

Luca: You should have backed off like scaredy cat, now I think it's time to finish this.

He throwed him up really high and casted his ultimate. Shadow energy started enveloping him and forming a huge wolf's head with sharp teeth ready to tear down it's victom. Then as Alister was falling down, the wolf's jaw opened.
