Appearance: He is a muscular Dragon with dark grey scales with the addition of white scales from the lower jaw of the mouth to the abdomen region of his body. He has hair ranging from head to tail and a short mane with the color of yellow and cyan. His eye color is cyan. He has horns in his head.
Personality and preview: He is a cheerful person who loves to flirt and tease his friends. He is always there for his friends to help. He does not like being alone, so he keeps nagging his friends to hangout with him. As a member of the Horizon Breaker, he is always there to keep the citizens safe. Although, he does have his own demons to fight. It has something to do with his family. He has a spear that can help him in conducting his electrical powers.

Battle role and capabilities: Travis is a fighter that can do multiple things, which are good single target and aoe dmg, crowd controlling and debuffing opponents. His ultimate can def break, crowd control and do good aoe dmg. He can also crowd control enemies with his other skill and also do a strong single target attack that hits twice and inficting defense break.
MOVESET AND ABILITIES
Basic skill: Paralysis combo Thrust it's spear to it's opponent dealing dmg and swings it in a half circle, both hits have a chance of inflicting defense break and paralysis.( makes the opponent slow and have a chance to not move and attack) This attack has a chance to combo with another it's skill if ready.
Advance skill 1: Shockwave swing Swings the spear and releaase huge shockwave that inflict heavy speed down( carrier becomes very slow )
Advance skill 2: Lightning boltthrust Dashes in high speed and thrust the spear to the opponents dealing high dmg snd ignoring 30% of defense.
Passive abilities:
Thunder clapper: Everytime he inflicts any debuff, his dmg increases and if it is a paralysis then his dmg increases further.
Lightning conductor: All of his single target attack have an aoe splash that deals half of that dmg.
Ultimate: Experience My Travistatic Thunder Jump upwards and throws the spear which creates lightning storm dealing dmg in a huge aoe circle and inficts everyone with defense break and paralysis in it.
Captain ability: Increase accuracy of his and all allies by 40%
