It's a long time Alister seen him when he was in his hometown after an incident which costed him of the separation. He doesn't blame him to be the cause, but rather to both his father and Jonathan. Alister remembered what his mother said to him that everyone is equal and must be treated equally. As he did what he was said to do, it gave him a feeling of both happiness and relief from seeing the people's smile as he helped them. One in particular he helped the most is Derrick. The one help that Alister did saved his life. But now here they are, both staring at each other into their eyes with shock of realization. Alister is scared at the sight of him as it has been a long time seeing him to the point where he forgotten about, thinking he has already settled and he might forget about him as well. Derrick however was trembling at the sight of him, as he remembered he was the reason he is still breathing today.
Derrick: A-A-Alister? I-is that y-you?
Deep manly voice comes out of his mouth which made Alister to feel numb at his legs. He wanted to get out of here and find Bruce as quickly as possible. But he was quite remarked at his physique. Big, muscular and sturdy, he was completely different from the past where he looked skinny and weak when he was young. But now since he spoked, he is trying to speak.
Derrick: F-f-forget you? Ever since I got away because of you, I always felt-
Alister started to runaway from him as he can't handle it anymore.
Derrick: H-huh? Wait, A-Alister! Comeback!
Alister: (I can't handle this situation like the past, I'm too weak. I gotta find Bruce and leave)
Derrick: Alister wait! Please listen to me!
As Alister is running towards the gate with Derrick chasing behind him, he doesn't see Bruce around there.
Alister: ( Where the fuck is Bruce? I can't keep running like this. I need to find a way to shake him off )
Alister decided to run towards the garden of the school, he dashes towards one of the bushes. Right behind him was Derrick.
Derrick: Alister please listen! I'm not here to hurt you. I want to talk.
Alister moved behind the tree while in the bushes so he can go behind him and sneak away. But he is worried if Derrick can smell him, so he throwed a card towards a bush far away from the exit of the garden. Derrick saw the card and started to follow it, he finally got the chance to go towards the exit. As he made it out and goes into the college to find Bruce. He saw Bruce looking very tired which confused him.
Alister: Bruce what happen to you?
Bruce : Oh, well I was running away from some idiots. Also I'm so-
