I want many things but nothing compares to you
I want to look up into your eyes without wanting to run away
I want to forget but you are in my mind day by day
It was your smile that day
That took my breath away
That was the day I knew
I have fallen for you
Maybe I should turn around and forget
But when I looked at that smile, I knew it was way to late
Nicknames I have given you to forget your name
But my feelings for you still stays the same
You'll never know, and about that I should be relieved
But why do I still have hope, why do I still believe
Soon you will be gone, and so will the feelings I have for you
A smile was just a smile until I saw what yours could do
You made my heart smile and my butterflies alive
I want this to be a goodbye, simply not to you but to the feelings I had for you
I want you to know, I will forever remember you
I want many things in this world but nothing would compare to you
