TFA three of spiders

" ELITAAAAAAAAAA" Optimus screamed with his hand out reaching for empty air, gazing helplessly as one of his beloved conjunxs plunged into the pit of spiders beneath them

                                                                      / A FEW HOURS EARLIER/

" Are you two sure" a red and blue bot, called Optimus asked for the umpteenth time as he glanced around the wall nervously

" Sweetspark, we told you already, yes" answered Elita One gently, reaching out to take hold of his arm, and caressed it, trying to reassure her terrified bondmate. They were going to 'confiscate' a deep space shuttle to go explore the prohibited organic planet, Archa 7. Elita and Sentinel were excited but Optimus was nervous 

" Besides, what's the worst that could happen," Sentinel asked jokingly, joining Elita in a feeble attempt to calm their conjunx down. But the moment he said it Sentinel instantly regrets his words. Optimus was what us humans called a 'worry wort', and Sentinel had triggered even more panic to full the young cadet

" A lot of things!!" Optimus harshly whispered back, fear clear in his voice. You could see small tremors in his frame now, and Elita sent a glare over to Sentinel, who was quietly face-palming at his words

" What that idiot means is that nothing will go wrong. We go in, find the Energon, get some samples, take a picture and get out. It's as simple as that, plus no one will know we were gone" Optimus still looked uncertain 

" Do you trust us? If you don't want to come, that's find," Sentinel asked softly next to his audio fin, gently hugging him from behind. Him didn't want to force him to go if it really bothered him that much

" Of course I do, and I do want to go with you to, it's just that I'm just worried about if things go wrong" Optimus whimpers leaning deeply into the warmth that embraced him 

" You know we appreciate that you worry for us Optimus, but if you worry all the time you'll never do anything, and while we are long-lived, don't you want to feel the rush of excitement?" Sentinel rumbles deeply letting the vibrations rollover his frightened lover

" But what if you two get hurt?" Optimus asked weakly as he slumps into Sentinel

" Then we'll deal with it when we get there and remember, no matter what we will always love you, our little glitch mouse," Elita says lovingly as she softly kissed his derma while Sentinel kisses the top of his head. You could just faintly hear Optimus purring at the love and tenderness the two were sending through their bond
