A couple of chapters ago I talked about some of his uhhh creation- chemical things- shot- yk- you read it- anyway- he made another one for Sally and Clockwork(and Lulu I think if I can remember right)and any other person that's been uhhh sexually harassed. It's a rainbow colored virus- shot- chemical- yk- mostly used to fend off Offenderman and anyone else who tries to hurt them in a way that's uncomfortable- or uhm- the Uncle Johnny way and CW's Brother's way-
