After a pasta or someone dies they're like reawoken but they're dead so yk- they aren't alive but they aren't fully dead yet. Like Ben and Sally for example. They're both dead and yet they came back from the dead and could be seen. Well ya see, permeant Death is different. When one of the pastas or someone is permanently dead they don't come back they don't awake. They're gone forever. Let's take Ben and Sally for example again. They're both dead obviously, but if they ended up doing something stupid(like Ben accidentally making himself drown again or Sally ends up doing something else(bc I dunno what she would do)) they would permanently die.
Gone forever no one would see them again. Their graves would actually be useful then.
