"Alright.You ready for ya date hmm?" Mason says wiggling his eyebrows at me,that's definitely weird.
Doesn't he know?
I shake my head and tie my shoe laces.
"Its not a date mason,I've told you already."
"So what is it, a get together?"
"What?! That doesn't make any sense."
"Exactly kid so its a date."
I sigh.
This guy.
"I'm just gonna agree because I'm tired."
He laugh as he lays down on my bed.
Mira and I are meeting up today and to say I'm not very very nervous would be a lie. I'm freaking out!
"Alright,I'm done. What do you think of my dressing?"
"Hmm,turn around."
I did as he asked and he claps his hands grinning and looking at me,
"Amazing"
"Thanks"
Mason walks up to me and puts his hands on my shoulders,
"Don't worry,you'll be fine. Okay?"
I nod sighing again,
"Do I really have to do this though?"
"Uh,yes. Now get going already"
He says looking at me in disbelief and he gently nudges me towards the door.
"I'll text you later."
"Yh yh,leave already dude"
"Okay okay"
I find Andrew in the kitchen as I'm about to head out,I actually wanted to get a drink before going cause I was getting exhausted from being so anxious.
"Oh,hi. You heading out?"
"Yh" I say and turn around to the fridge.
Not long after,I hear him say from the counter behind me,
"Um,I have to go back to school for a little while."
"Oh"
I turn back to him and I know he notices my tone of disappointment because he's already looking at me.
"I,I thought you didn't have to go back anytime soon."
"Well,uh_"
"Are you running away again. Is it because of me?"
"What what,no no no. I just have to submit some projects and assignments and I'll be back before the end of next week. I'm not running away Luke,I wouldn't,never."
I stare down at the floor before looking back at him,
"You better or I'll hate you and I mean it."
"Yes,I promise. I'll come back,are,are you still mad at me?"
"Uh,I don't know,just come back okay?"
"I will"
"Bye"
He waves at me before I leave the kitchen and head for the door.
I can never stay mad at any of my family,obviously.
After all they are all I have and I'm all they've got.
I hope so.
Yes they hurt me,but I could understand.
I wish Andrew does keep to his word,I know he will.
