Both Kaden and I were heated. The air was hot and my body trembled from his touch. I wanted to say something but nothing came to mind, my mind was so clouded.

"Kaden, can we speak?" Aron's voice was oddly cool but I knew he wasn't happy and was possibly going to yell at Kade, but I didn't understand why. Why can't Kaden be close with me? My mind slowly began to focus and I wondered if it had anything to do with their planet and their rules. I wanted to ask them but my head couldn't fully process.

Kaden then gently lift me off top of him and sat me on the bed. I didn't want him to go but he had to...

Kade stood slowly from the bed, his chest still heavy and begin walking toward him. Aron moved from his way and that's when I found my voice, "Why?" It was soft and vulnerable when that simple word came out, and I didn't like it.

I spoke again. More clearly and stern, "Why?"

Aron glanced behind Kade as he told him to continue walking.

"On my planet, rules are very strict and not tolerated if broken."

My expression was entirely confused, that was the signal for Aron to keep talking. So he did, "To be with a human is breaking the law from both your planet and ours." He spoke before leaving me with my own thoughts.

And I wondered, why would they have that law put in place? They know about Aliens here on Earth, why didn't the public know?

I then laid back on the bed, my head resting against the plump pillow as I breathed in sharply through my nose, the air going inside me shaky and unsteady because of Kaden and the thoughts on my mind. I just wanted to lay there. Nothing more and nothing less. Just to lay.

The tension between us earlier was more than I could handle. It burned through my veins when I kissed him and that kept the fire going low in my belly. It felt real, it felt dangerous. My lips were swollen already and burning from the way he had kissed me. Kade kissed me like no one else has ever done before.

I brought my finger up to my lips as my eye drifted closed. There was no point in saying I wasn't unbelievable wet because I was. Entirely. That fire that burned in me worn me out and somehow, and I manage to fall asleep when I didn't even know I did.

Yelling coming from the hallway brought me jolting awake. I hadn't known how long I was out but it couldn't have been long.

I got up from the bed, fixing my hair as I went to the door and walking out as I wiped my eyes from my sudden wake. When I was in the hallway I began to wonder if there was danger and if I should go out there with or without a weapon. Then I debated against that. Surely, if the rebels were here they would've told me, right? Or somehow warn me.

I walked into the sitting room and discovered Abia, Farrah, and the other golden haired guy had returned from their trip, probably when I was asleep. But not happy, no, especially Abia. She was angry at Aron and Kaden for some reason. I intended to figure out why.

"Why would you do that?! You should have left her alone and not complete the transformation if you say she is!" Abia barked with fiery as she couldn't stress the words more clearly than she could.

I walked into the middle of the conversation. Kaden then came into view from where I was standing near the wall, watching them. "If I had not of done it, she would have touched it anyway and completed the transformation by herself." Kaden snapped, obviously fed up with her and her accusing words.

"Transformation?" I question out loud. If they were arguing surely it had something to do with me or the rebels, right? I stepped into the open space. Everyone's head turned in my direction.
