Okay so here is everything you need to know about Izukus powers.
Power Absorption:
Like Delson Rowe, Izuku can absorb the power of any Conduit that he touches, giving him their abilities. To switch between each power he must absorb the powers primary source, such as smoke from a car or chimney, neon from a neon light, etc.

Healing Factor:
All Conduits have an increased healing rate, faster than most super humans. They heal at a rate, that if they get shot 3 times, they can get up like it was nothing. However it has a limit, too much damage will cause the healing rate to falter, as it cannot keep up from the amount damage that they take.

(When Delson got shot like 3 times from thugs, he got up instantly, and was perfectly fine)
Conduit Chain:
Delson Rowe had used a chain in way to subdue, and make his enemies unconscious. Izuku's chains is to be used as a capture weapon, or a weapon used to fight. He can use his conduit abilities to make the chain stronger.

(Izuku will have chains on both of his wrists, as he will use a chain style of fighting in close combat, and which he can wrap, or hit his opponents with them, kind of like Kurapika. The chains will be wrapped around his forearms, and there will be a hole where he can put his hand through, so he doesn't lose his chains)
