Description: Looks mostly like an IceWing (That's what I wanted) however she has some black scales here and there, and she's not very spiky.

Abilities: Can breath very weak fire
Well, definitely NOT overpowered! That's good.
Backstory: Moningstar was rescued as an egg from a dragonet-smuggling ring, by Winter and his friends (This is 10 years later btw). Nothing is known about who her birth parents are, however she has been raised in Sanctuary by Winter, who is a wonderful single dad.
Cute! I never thought Winter would be a good dad, lol.
Sexuality: heteromantic demisexual

Alright! Overall, I would say, pretty good. Not overpowered. She has a name that fit her tribes pretty well! Her description fits the tribes. And considering we don't know who her parents are, we can just guess that her mother is the IceWing. Imma give her 8.5/10 because she seems like a very nice hybrid!
