Izara was sitting in her room doing her homework when her phone dinged.

Izara fr I want to apologize

Izara contemplated for a while if she should let him come over or not.

Ight. Hurry up though my parents are going to be home in 3 hours.

20 minutes later

Izara heard Roc pulling up in her drive though so she opened the door and saw he had chipotle in his hand. Izara smiled to herself because she loves chipotle and he remembered.

"Hey" Izara said softly

"Wassup" Roc said

Roc handed Izara the chipotle bag and Izara went to the kitchen to sit down and start eating.

"You want some" Izara said stuffing her mouth with chips

Roc shook his head no

"Did you eat anything" Izara said looking concerned

Rock shook his head no again

"Naw naw I'm good... listen Izara I'm sorry for what I said. I was in a bad head space then. My brother's death date was coming up and I was just angry and I shouldn't have taken it out on you fr. You don't be acting like a child and you not annoying. You actually real mature for your age. You accept my apology princess?" Roc said looking at Izara

"Yes I do" Izara said blushing at her new nickname

"Ik I act a little childish and I can be annoying mostly all the time though you don't have to lie" she added

"Naw you don't. I said that out of angry" Roc said with a frown on his face

"Why you not eating" Izara said

"Ion feel good" Roc said closing his eyes

Izara knew Roc drunk lean and smoked weed all the time. Armani told Izara Roc stopped taking Percs a while ago but Izara wasn't sure he did. Roc has angrier issue and bipolar depression. He has been dealing with it since he was a kid. Izara knew half of the story on how he ended up with bipolar depression, not all of it. She wanted to understand more about what he is going through.

"Come let's take a nap" Izara said getting up

"Naw your parents finna be home soon, so Imma go" Roc said standing up.

Izara went up to Roc and wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him on his cheek.

"I like you ma" Roc said picking her up

"I like you too, Atticus" Izara said, wrapping her legs around his torso.

"Do you have to leave just stay 10 more minutes please" Izara said kissing his neck

"Naw I got to go I just wanted to bring you food and apologize" He said putting her down kissing her forehead heading to the door.

"Ok bye" Izara said, pouting.

"Aye boy" Roc uncle said

"Wassup unc" Roc said dabbing him up

"Nun, listen you remember that night of your brothers party Ak was handling that situation with dom and em." UNC said getting serious

"Yeah I remember wat up" Roc said sitting down

"Ak fucked up the drop... I'm done with him. Ik that's your friend but I'm done. So he on his own with Dom and his niggas. I tired multiple times to put this shit he do behind me but this it" UNC said

I sucked my teeth getting up "you finna let them niggas kill him bruh"

"I told him I told him stop fucking my shit up cause it just don't effect me but other people too and he don't listen so I can't help him no moe" UNC said standing up too

"Man Ight bye" I said walking away
