[MANHATTAN, NEW YORK]

We landed at the Avenger's Tower and as soon as the door opened, a few nurses came in to pull Clint out, Nat quickly went along with them. Thor walked off with the Scepter, Banner also got off and that left Tony, Cap and I on the jet.
I had been doing the file work for the mission, they made me do it since it was my first mission, occasionally Cap would help me with the questions I had. I was just finishing up.

"Lab's all set up, boss." Hill announced as she walked on.

Tony was turning the jet off. "Oh, actually he's the boss." He pointed to Steve. "I just pay for everything and design everything and make everyone look cooler."

"What's the word on Strucker?" Steve asks.

   "NATO's got him." She replied.

"The two Enhanced?" The two started walking off. "Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Twins. Orphaned at 10 when a shell collapsed their apartment building..."

They continued to talk but I could no longer hear them as I stayed back with Tony, closing the laptop.

"So you're really not letting me go to this party?" I ask.

   "You wouldn't like it."

   "I like Thor."

"I know, I watched you try to convince him to take you to Asgard without my permission." He looked at me with raised eyebrows. "No, I watched you try to convince him that it wouldn't be considered kidnapping if you went willingly."

I smiled. "Right. So let me come to the farewell party."

"It's an adult party, no one there will be your age and everyone will be drinking." He begins to walk out and I follow. "You're underage."

"But I helped today, doesn't that give me anything. You didn't even have to call in those Iron Lesion bots. I say that's an up for us, The Avengers."

He threw his arm around my shoulder. "We'll have a little celebration dinner just for you. I'll buy you a cake and we can hang up streamers and wear party hats. 'Not officially an Avenger but ya did good.' Perfect, right?"

"I'm being serious, don't you want me to carry your legacy? Partying is what you're known for, can I—"

"No. I want you to be a good little girl like your mother and study in your bedroom, work on getting a noble prize. Or something."

"I can do both!" I smile. "Come on let me—"

"Nope. End of discussion."

I sighed, knowing I couldn't sway him. "Fine, so, dinner and party hats."

   "Pizza?" He suggests.

   "Sure."

   "I'll call it in."

"Okay. I'm gonna get changed and then watch Dr. Cho, I heard she's gonna fix Clint up and I'm intrigued."

"Take it easy." Tony tells me as we get out of the elevator. "Hey, you did good today. I mean it."

"I know." I smiled and walked through a portal.

I got changed out of my suit and into regular clothing before I walked out and into the office where they were working on Clint. I greet the doctor, Nat tells her that it's okay if I watch.

"Are you sure he's gonna be okay?" Nat asked. "Pretending to need this guy really brings the team together."

"There's no possibility of deterioration," Dr. Cho replies. "The nano-molecular functionality is instantaneous. His cells don't know they're bonding with simulacra."
