Hello everyone and welcome!

First of all, thank you very much for stopping here, it means a lot to me.

Just below, you'll find the synopsis, the disclaimers, the warnings, and the mood boards of Communicating Vessels. Further below, I've included a short text that explains the origin of this story and the explanation behind its title

For the specifics, this book has 47 chapters and an epilogue, and hits just below 280k words (it's a big baby). Everything is already written and proofread so there will be no frustration: this story WILL have an end. I'll post three chapters per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm aiming for 6 p.m. BST, but the exact time is likely to vary as it'll depend on my schedule. The first chapter will be posted on Monday 24th October, 2022.

Synopsis:

Abril is a woman of all vices and she has only one goal in life: enjoy every second of it. Drinking, smoking, doing drugs, getting into fights, sleeping with an entire frat house... You name it, she's done it. When it comes to sex, she only has one rule: no repeats. Repeats lead to dating, which leads to falling in love, which she will not be caught doing again.

Arthur is uptight, rigid, and a smidge entitled. He makes Marie Kondo look messy and his favorite color is any shade of beige. His principles are no less inflexible in the romance department: he's either all in or all out, and never in his wildest dreams would he ever consider partaking in casual sex.

They're polar opposites, but the universe seems determined to put them on each other's path. When one wants to fall in love and the other is hell-bent on doing anything but that, there doesn't seem to be a way for them to overcome their differences.

Disclaimers:

1- I am not a native English speaker, and although I put a lot of effort in the writing process, there will be some grammar and spelling mistakes. I apologize for that, and please feel free to point them out in the comments.

2- I started writing this book in 2010. It was originally a Twilight fanfiction written in French. I have come a long way, and so has this story. Pretty much nothing of my original translation remains, however, this is still a story that has been written over the course of twelve years. There might be some style inconsistencies between the beginning and the end despite my best efforts.
