Kai made her way back to the group looking around for Shane "You okay hun?"Lori asks "mmhm" was all Kai said before walking away

Kai found Shane by a car "What now?"Shane asks "Did you kill Otis?"She asked walking up to him "I dont know what you're talking about sweetheart"He says provoking her

"Im gonna kill you"She says grabbing him by the throat the two ended up on the ground rolling back and forth they were both choking each other Lori noticed and ran to Rick

"RICK KAI AND SHANE ARE TRYING TO KILL EACH OTHER!"She yelled making everyone run over to her and she leads them to the two "Kai not again"Maggie says

"Die you bitch"She chokes out "No you"Shane responds "Stop it both of you!"Rick yells grabbing Shane while Glenn grabbed Kai pulling them apart

They both let out a deep breath "You're dead you hear me asshole"Kai tells him "Kai stop it whats going on now?"Maggie asks looking at the hand prints around Kais neck Shane having matching ones

"Nothing just leave it"Kai says getting up pushing Maggie and Glenn off of her before storming off into the house

Kai walked down stairs to see everyone gathered around but the kids were in a different room "So how do we do this just take a vote?"Glenn asks

"Does it have to be unanimous?"Kai asks drawing the attention to her and Daryl notices her neck then looks to see Shanes was the same he shook his head thinking it was his fault

"How about majority rules?"Lori asks "Lets just see where everybody stands then we can talk through the options"Rick says "Well where I sit theres only one way to move forward"Shane says "Killing him"Dale says annoyed everyone wanted the kid to die

"Yeah of course Shane wants that?"Kai mumbles but only the ones next to her heard that being Glenn Rick and Daryl "Right I mean why even take a vote its clear which way the winds blowing"Dale says

"Well if people believe we should spare him I wanna know"Rick says "Well I can tell you its a small group maybe just me and Glenn"Dale says but then Glenn looks up at him then back down at the ground

"Look I -- I think you're pretty much right about everything all the time but this-"Glenn starts "They've got you scared"Dale says "Hes not one of us and we've lost too many people already"Glenn tells him

"How about you do you agree with this?"Dale asks Hershel "Couldnt we just continue keeping him prisoner?"Maggie asks "Just another mouth to feed"Daryl says "It may be a lean winter"Hershel says "We could ration better"Lori offers

"Well he could be an asset give him a chance to prove himself"Dale says "Put him to work"Glenn offers "We're not letting him walk around"Rick says

"We could put an escort on him"Maggie says "Who wants to volunteer for that duty?"Shane asks "I would"Kai offers and Shane gives her a look "Why just because I said something?"Shane asks "Oh well of course not Shane why would you think that?"She asks her deep southern accent really showing

Shane shakes his head and Kai flips him off "I dont think any of us should be walking around with this guy"Rick says "He right I wouldnt feel safe unless he was tied up"Lori says

"We cant exactly put chains around his ankles sentence him to hard labor"Andrea says "Look say we let him join us right? maybe hes helpful maybe hes nice we let our guard down and maybe he runs off brings back his 30 men"Shane says

Once Shane says this Daryl looks at Kai who looks right back at Daryl "So the answer is to kill him? To prevent a crime he may never attempt?"Dale asks making Kai look away from Daryl

"If we do this we're saying theres no hope rule of law is dead there is no civilization"Dale says very pissed off "Oh my god"Shane sighs "Could you drive him further out leave him like you planned?"Hershel asks

"You barely came back this time there are walkers you could break down you could get lost"Lori says "Or get ambushed"Daryl added "Theyre right we should not put our own people at risk"Glenn says

"If you go though with it how would you do it would he suffer?"Patricia asks "We could hang him right? Just snap his neck"Shane offers "Hm"Kai says and Daryl gives her a look

"I thought about that shooting may be more humane"Rick says "What about the body do we bury him?"T dog asks "woah woah hold on hold on you're talking about this like its already decided"Dale says

"You've been talking all day going around in circles you just wanna go around in circles again?"Daryl asks "This is a young mans life!"Dale yells "But if its his for all of ours its a big risk if we let him live"Kai adds

"Well I think its worth more than a five minute conversation!"Dale yells again "Is this what its come to? We kill someone because we cant decide what else to do with him?"Dale asks then looks to Rick "You saved him and now look at us hes been tortured hes gonna be executed how are we any better than those people we're so afraid of?"Dale asks defeated

"We all know what needs to be done"Shane says "No Dale is right we cant leave any stone unturned here we have a responsibility"Rick says "So whats the other solution?"Andrea asks

"Let Rick finish"Lori says "We havent come up with a single viable option yet I wish we could"Andrea says but Dale cuts her off "So lets work on it"He yells "We are!"Rick yells back

"stop it just stop it im sick of everyone arguing and fighting I didnt ask for this you cant ask us to decide something like this please decide either of you both of you but leave me out"Carol says "Not speaking out or killing him yourself theres no difference"Dale tells her

"Alright thats enough"Kai says making Dale stop "Anyone wants the floor before we make a final decision has the chance"Rick says waiting for someone to speak up

No one does "I remember this kid"Kai says and everyone looks to her "He went to church every Sunday I remember seeing him when I would pick up Maggie from school he didnt seem like a threat"She says

"Thank you"Dale says "Dont thank me because I dont think we should save him yes his group left him but we tried to leave him to die out alone we tortured this boy we're making him think hes gonna die why the hell would he ever trust us?"She asks and Rick nods knowing she had a good point

"Rick its like you once said we dont kill the living"Dale says "Well that was before the living tried to kill us"Rick tells him "but dont you see if we do this the people that we were the world that we knew is dead"Dale says'

"This new world its ugly its harsh its sruvival of the fittest and thats a world I dont wanna live in and I dont believe any of you do I cant please lets just do whats right"Dale says tearing up "Isnt there anybody else thats gonna stand with me?"Dale asks

"Hes right we should try to find another way"Andrea speaks up "Anybody else?"Rick asks looking around but everyone looks away from him "You all gonna watch too?"Dale asks

"No you'll all go hide your head in your tents and try to forget that we're slaughtering a human being whoa I wont be a party to it"Dale says heading for the door but stops at Daryl "This group is broken"Dale says and walks out
