Kai walked outside with Rick to see Maggie Carl and Isabella helping Michonne who got hurt Carl and Isabell ran to each on of their parents

"Hey you might wanna stay back"Rick says but the kids ignore him Isabella hugged her mother and Carl hugged his father "Im sorry momma I didnt see you come out"Isabella says

"We're okay now back away"Rick says and they both push their kids off "I had to use one of the guns by the gate"Carl says "I swear I didnt want to"

"I was coming back I fell they came out and helped me"Michonne tells the two "Are you alright?"Kai asks her and she nods "What happened in there?"Maggie asks

"Patrick got sick last night"Rick tells them and Isabella started to cry "A flu it moves fast we think he died and attacked the cell block"Kai tells them

"I know you guys were friends and he was a good kid im sorry we lost a lot of good people"Rick tells Carl "Glenn and dad are okay but they were in there dont get close to anyone that might have been exposed"Kai tells her sister who nods

Carl and Isabella walk back to Michonne "Carl all of you"Rick says and Kai gives her daughter a smile before they walk away "Hey its gonna be okay"Rick says and Kai starts to cry but Rick hugs her "We'll get through this together okay?"He says and she nods into his shoulder

"Patrick was fine yesterday and he died overnight? Two people died that quick?"Carol asks

"We'll have to separate everyone thats been exposed"Carol says and Kai didnt feel right something wasnt right

"Thats everyone in that cell block"Daryl says "Its all of us"Wes adds "Maybe more"

"We know that this sickness can me lethal we dont know how easily is spreads"Hershel says "Is anyone showing symtoms that we know of?"Kai asks

"We cant just wait and see I mean theres children"Carol says "She right it isnt just the illness the people if they die they become a threat"Wes says

"We need a place for them to go they cant stay in D we cant risk going in there to clean it up"Kai says "We can use cell block A"Wes says "Death row?"Glenn asks

"Its not much of an upgrade but its the best plan we got"Wes points out "Its clean thats an upgrade you think it will work for Dr S?"Daryl asks

They all get up and walk out to see Karen coughing "Im okay"She says to Tyreese "You sure you dont sound so good"Carol points out

"Im just taking her back to my cell so she can relax"Tyresse says "Tyreese I dont think thats a good idea"Kai tells him

"Why whats going on now?"Karen asks "We think its a flu-"Kai says but she stops when her vison becomes blurry "Kai?"Wes asks

"Kai?!"Daryl yells as the woman falls to the ground "No no"Wes says running over "Kasandra"Hershel says and the woman opens her eyes

"Im okay im good"She says and sits up and coughs "No you're not"Daryl says looking at her "Come on ill get her to the A"Wes says and helps her up "Ill-"Daryl starts "No Dar I dont need you getting sick"Kai tells him

"But Kai-"Daryl starts "No"She tells him and gives him a sad smile "Stay safe"She tells him "Come on"Wes says and helps her

Wes sets Kai on a bed "Wes im gonna puke"She says and he grabs a bucket quickly and she throws up in it Wes held her hair back

"Seem familiar?"She asks and coughs Wes chuckles "When you were pregnant with Isabella"He say and she nods

"You holding my hair while I threw up all night"She says and smiles sadly "Kai I dont want you to-"Wes starts

"Wes if I do take care of Izzy please and let Daryl help"She asks him and he nods "Id do anything for you"He tells her "I know"She says

Caleb came to check on her and she finally learned his name "Fevers high"He says and gives her some medicine "Its all I have right now"He tells her

"Give it to someone else"She tells him "No Kai im giving it to you we need you"He tells her and she nods taking it
