Kai couldnt feel anything she watched the father of her child die right in front of them her friend her brother then she was torn away from her family she felt numb and pissed but she knew she had to play along to keep her family safe she was not going to let Negan take anyone else she loves away from her

Kai woke up in a large bed she sat up quickly looking around her thigh was patched up her hands were wrapped up she could feel a few stitches the door opened and her head snapped towards it

"Oh look whos finally awake"Negan says walking in Kai stared at him not saying a word "Dont be scared sweetheart I wont hurt you"He tells her stepping closer and showing her he didnt have any weapons on him except a handgun

Kai backed up "Right you need time of course you want something to eat you must be starving come on"He says "Where is my clothes?"She asked noticing she was only in a robe "They were all dirty ill had someone bring you new clothes"He tells her pointing to clothes on a chair a little ways from her "oh and your hair needed a touch up so that was fixed too"he tells her she looked in a mirror and noticed her hair was back to blonde

Kai was curious on who took her clothes off and replaced them with a robe the look on her face said everything "My wives put you in the robe dont worry sweetheart I didnt touch you"He tells her "Get dressed open the door when you're done"He tells her walking out closing the door behind him

She got dressed and opened the door it was not Negan but one of his men at the door "Follow me"He says and she does following the man to a big room Negan looking down at people he looked over to Kai and gave her a smirk "Now thats better isnt it?"He asks

She didnt answer "Isnt it?"He asked again "Yeah"She finally replied "Theres that beautiful voice now Kai was it?"He asked "Yes"she answered shortly "Is it a nickname?"He asked again "Yes" "For?" "Kasandra Elizabeth"She told him knowing he wouldnt stop until her got an answer

"Does everyone call you Kai?"He asked her taking her hand leading her down the stairs she tried to take her hand away but he was not letting that happen "Yes I prefer it"She tells him "Well I like to be different so Kas it is"He says and she rolled her eyes when he looked away

Negan walked her over to some food "Make Kas here a plate please"He demanded and someone did and then it was given to Kas but she take it because of her hands "She cant take it asshole feed her"Negan cursed and the man did but she didnt take it "Eat"Negan tells her and she takes a small bite she was starving but she wouldnt show it

"So Kas just the one kid?"He asked "No"She answers as she follows him outside he was showing her his yard of walkers "How many?"He asked "Two" "Both girls? Only the one looked like you"He says confused "The blonde boy"She tells him

"Adopted?"Negan asks knowing he looked nothing like Kai "You could say that"She answers "Whats his name?"He asked "Walker"She tells him and he laughs "Really thats funny as hell what about your girl?"He asked "Isabella" "Now thats better"

Kai was not enjoying telling him about her kids her life "The redneck"Negan says stopping looking at her "You love him dont you?"He asks "No idea what you're talking about"She says not wanting him to hurt Daryl because of her "Hmm okay then"He says not really believing her

"Did you kill anyone else?"She asked him "Not yet as long as they behave and listen we will be okay same goes for you sweetheart"He tells her "What were you before?"He asked her just trying to make conversation with the woman

"I was a nurse"She tells him "So hot and smart perfect"He says and she looked around "You keep these people safe?"She asked him "As best as I can sweetheart"He tells her she was a young boy and Walker came to mind she missed him she missed her she missed her kids more than anything right now

Negan walked her back to her room and told her to rest her thigh was hurting her not her hands much they were numb she could tell something must have been put on them she couldnt defend herself right now and she hated it
