I am stunned by all the comments in the previous two chapters.

Answer me this,

Are you really surprised by Don's behavior??

Just because he allowed gentleness a while ago, does not grant his character all across. He is egoistic, pervert, pompous and merciless. For him, she is the evil one, she not only walked all over his heart, but pretended to abort his child, killed his men, broke a million dollar deal, ruined his family's reputation, not to mention the mental trauma that followed. He gets to be angry on her. (From his perspective)

And by this I do not justify his actions, I absolutely do not.

I say only one thing,

This book is strictly dark romance,

if you expect don to turn into a good man overnight, find another story (literally every other on wattpad)

This story however, is not one of them.

Hate Donavan all you want, I wouldn't be the one stopping you. But do not be shocked if he takes way longer to come to his senses.

Please, do not ignore the first chapter "before you begin".

When I say it's going to be rougher, it's going to be rougher.

If you still hate his character development to an extent of irritation, please find another story, I'll recommend you some if you want. There are sweet things scattered all around. But try not to find that sweetness here. If you get it in dark romance, keep reading I love you, if you don't, my bad this story isn't for you.

I used to beg my friends to read the things I write. You can't imagine how happy it makes me when hundreds of strangers eagerly wait for what flows out of my fingers.
