Surprises and healing

It's been about 2 weeks since me,doc and wyatt arrived in colorado. Doc is slowly getting better a little at a time. It's amazing to see him able to go on long walks around the garden at the hospital and getting to actually relax without worrying about slipping away in his sleep. Me and Wyatt spend almost all day at Doc's bedside or walking around with him. Yesterday was a little weird because when Wyatt came in after going to town he had a tiny bag and doc asked me to go wander off in the garden for a moment. But this morning when i woke up doc had his arm snaked around my waist so i slipped out from under his arms walking to my bag of clothes i pull out a white t shirt and black jeans that have been worn so much they are ripped at the knees and on the lower back thigh from riding in the saddle so much. Doc slowly started to wake up when i walked back in the room he looked at me smiling "good morning darling" i smiled " good morning handsome how are you feeling today "  im feeling great honey, do you think we could go on a walk today so we can see the rose bush" of course honey do you know when wyatt is gonna get here " no darling i don't " ok honey he will probably be here soon " as i said that was a knock on the door and then in walked wyatt so we all got up and walked out side i notice wyatt was trailing further behind us we got to our favorite spot " darling can we stop right here for a minute. I stopped walking and turn towards doc seeing wyatt stop behind us as doc grabs my hand i start to get this smile on my face as he lowers slowly on to one knee i can feel the tears threatening to leave my eyes he begins to speak " elizabeth king earp where do begin ever since i first laid eyes on you that day in the saloon i knew you were the woman for me the twinkle in your eyes the fact you can beat me at my own game and can whip a gun way faster then me" i giggled at that he smiled and continued "i thought i had only loved one woman in my life but then you walked in a changed that i want to wake up everyday next to you and have little ones at some point with you " i blush tears rolling down my cheeks "basically im asking with you do me the honorable thing of being my mrs holiday " i couldn't speak just shaking my head a whole lot smiling he gets up pulling me into a hug and a sweet kiss he reaches in his pocket pulling out a ring that is double banded with two turquoise stones and feathers on each side coming to the middle in a bow type design he slips on my finger while wyatt stands there clapping and whooping i giggle "i love you mr holiday " he smirks " i love you to darling" we walked back towards the hospital just in time for dr.lambert to come in he is docs acting doctor with the tubrculosus ward

Doc has gotten completely better no more consumption in sight he can do everything without breaking a single sweat or having one coughing fit , me and him finally made our little fling legal signed dated and witnessed i am now mrs .holiday there is two slight issues one i don't know how joanna is going to react to the news and i've felt quit sick lately yeah i know what's going through your mind she's with child i went to the same hospital where doc was and i am very much with child but no one knows other than me. I was sitting on the porch of the little cottage me and doc were renting until we were ready to go back to tombstone letting the breeze blow my hair and smell the sunflower and rose bushes out in the yard. Doc was out in the back with dusty and whiskey when wyatt came rushing up to the house i thought he was going to pull the horse right on to the porch i got up walking over to him" what is it wyatt"  seeing the look in his eyes scared me "we need to get back to tombstone its joanna " what do you mean its joanna " he sighs "i dont know they sent a telegram asking for us to come home immediately
