Some weeks had passed and I started to hang out with the Neville and his friends a lot more recently. Ginny has even started to warm up to me thanks to Luna Lovegood. Speaking of Luna Lovegood, she had been held hostage by the manor but Harry Potter had saved her.. I was somewhat relieved for her and her father, she was all he had left. She is a very sweet person and I was more than grateful that she was back at Hogwarts.

It wouldn't go a day without a visit at the gryffindor common room, this also resulted in me and Mattheo not being as close as we used to be and we seemed to be fine.

I was walking back to my common room late at night after I had spent some time with Neville and the others. I opened the door into the common room and I felt someone with very strong hands press me up against the wall.

"You disappear all the time. Why?" Mattheo says as his face is inches apart from mine "is he making you disappear?" And by 'he' I think he meant the dark lord

"Mattheo, I'm just with friends"

"You're with them all the time" he replied "your with the gryffindors again aren't you?"

I nodded slowly "tell me your joking" he said "it's not a joke Mattheo" I simply answered, coldly

"Did I hear right?" I heard Draco's voice behind Mattheo "You hang out with some pathetic gryffindors?"

"You are definitely not mistaken Malfoy." Mattheo said taking a step back away from me "I don't see the problem here?" I said getting irritated

"Don't tell me it's Longbottom and Weasley" Draco said sarcastically, I looked down at my hands, Draco's eyes widened "are you crazy?!" Draco exclaimed and Mattheo hushing him.

Draco and Mattheo dragged me up to Mattheo's room and closed the door behind us "can you two stop benig so fucking annoying right now?!" I exclaimed, they were getting on my nerves.

"Bella, you can't fucking hang out with them" Mattheo said, completely ignoring what I had just said, I rolled my eyes "and why not?"

"They're literally friends with Potter! The boy whom my father is trying to kill?! If he finds out-"

I didn't answer "And really? Weasley? Out of all people Bella" Draco said "What's wrong with the Weasley's?!"

Draco put on a rant about everything that was wrong with the Weasley's and I didn't bother to listen and neither did Mattheo, we were starring at each other, his worried expression softening as he didn't take his eyes of me.

"And-"

"We don't want him hurt you" Mattheo interrupted Draco "he won't" I said confidently "you underestimate him Bella" Draco suddenly turned very serious

"He'll do terrible things to you"

"I know I know, can we be done with this conversation?!" I said carelessly

"Bella your not listening!" Mattheo's voice suddenly got higher "My father he won't show you mercy" he said grabbing my chin and tilting my head to face him.

"Do you understand?"

I nod.

"Be careful" they say at the same time, Mattheo whispered in my ear "I care about you my darling" making blush rise up in my cheeks, Draco seemed to notice it and he said "I'll leave" and walked out, closing the door behind him.

Me and Mattheo cuddled, my head laying on his chest as he played with my hair softly while he was talking about his day, I admired him while he kept talking, I couldn't help but smile.

"I'm sorry if I overreacted" Mattheo said, his voice softening "I'm just worried that he'll do something to you and-"

"I get it Mattheo" I said as I placed my lips onto his, interrupting him "it's okay" I said smiling against his lips as his lips brushed against mine. He nodded and planted a soft kiss on my lips.
