Meanwhile back at the dance Leo's date asks him whether it's nicer to be known as Storm dagger or Leo. "Well it's definitely different being a hero and the balance will be different, but I think that the power will be greater with the responsibility." Leo said to his date as they both dance the night away. As the night goes on Reece asks his date an important question along with his own version of Leo's date's question. "So do you like the persona of Reece better or rather Solar flare better and do you mind if I take you out on another date?" Reece hesitantly asked Sean. Sean then replied by saying that he would love to be taken about by Reece and that he would love Reece no matter who he was and no matter what he could do.
After hearing that Reece then took Sean's hand and takes him to the dance floor. The two boys then dance the night away as things are happily resolved for everyone at the dance as well as for Keon and Brooklyn. Well not everything was so happy for everyone. In a cave near the arctic circle a shadowy figure is giving a serious speech to Lane as he walks in. "you were supposed to take care of her, do I have to everything myself?" the voice said as it grew angrier that Lane wasn't able to carry out his mission. "I tried your greatness but there are new heroes that were in the battle this time one even being unable to be struck down permanently." Lane said as he bowed before the figures throne, the figure then became intrigued with what Lane remarked. "New heroes you say sure I thought that it would be my own daughter who would've been the one to defeat you." The figure said as she rose from her throne. "However, she has been known to be quick-witted like me. If she is so confident in what these new heroes can do, then let's put the to the ultimate test." The figure said as she revealed her plan to the rest of her minions. "Let's just say that both of my children are in for a rude awakening." The figure said as she got her minions and Lane ready for the ultimate strike against the Infinity warriors
