"No." Luke protested at the three boys. I rolled my eyes, squeezing Luke's hand. "Come on, Luke. We will get money and it will be fun." Calum groaned, making Luke scoff. "I don't want to play at prom.". "Why not?" I asked him. He rolled his eyes as he pulled away stubbornly. "Because I don't want to!". I looked at Luke as he breathed slowly in. "Luke, come on." Ashton pleaded, but Luke shook his head and stood up from the lunch table. "No." and that's all it took before he left the cafeteria.

"I'm sorry you guys. He's not in the greatest mood today. I'll try talking with him okay? The prom is on Firday right? I'll try get him to go." I said as I stood up from the table too. "Thanks Emily." Michael smiled. I gave him a smile back before running after Luke.

I wasn't sure where Luke was, but figured out that he went out or something. I quickly walked outside and wasn't suprise when I saw him sitting outside on a bench with a cigarette between his teeth once again. "Luke!" I groaned, walking over to him. He raised his head and eyed me up and down before he threw the cigarette on the ground and he stomped on it. "If you're out here to try to talk with me then let it be. I'm not in the mood." he sighed, running a hand trough his hair. "Okay. We can talk about it later." I said, grabbing his hand. He looked a bit suprised that I didn't try talking with him about it, but he also looked relieved.

We sat in silence for a long time. He had his arms wrapped around me and I leaned my head on his shoulder as he sometimes kissed my forehead. Suddenly he sighed and locked eyes with me. "I'm sorry for always being such an ass. I try not to for you, I really do.". I smiled at him and pecked his lips. "Luke, I know you're trying and you're not an ass." I said to him. His eyes softened and he gave me a small smile. "Thanks." he mumbled.

After school, we went home to my house where Austin was sitting. "Seriously? Supernatural again?" I asked, crossing my arms. Austin gave me a cheeky grin before nodding. "You didn't wait for me either!" I pouted. "Sorry, you've been too busy with loverboy here and I can't wait forever, you know." Austin stated. I could hear a small chuckle from Luke, but ignored it. I was about to complain even more, but Austin just rolled his eyes. "If you want to blame someone, blame loverboy." Austin winked. "You're stupid!" I pouted, dragging Luke with me so we didn't have to stay with my annoying brother.

When we came up to my room, Luke gave me a smirk before he pushed me to the wall as he left hungry kisses down my neck. "Luke." I mumbled, taking my hands around his neck as I tugged at his hair. He moaned, making me smile. "Why are we-" I began, but couldn't even complete the sentence before Luke kissed me eagerly. "I'm" Luke began as he pulled away to stare into my eyes for a second before he connected our lips and then he pulled away again. "Just so fucking lucky to have you, Em." he mumbled against my lips. I couldn't help but smile and pull him even closer to me, if that even was possibly.

"You're so beautiful." he whispered as he lifted me up and carried me to the bed. I giggled when his hands started roaming around under my shirt, it tickled to be honest. His eyes were soft and the blue in his eyes made me want to never look away. I put my hand on his cheek and he leaned into my touch. "I think.. No I fucking love you Emily." he said with a shaky breath, making my eyes go wide. Did he tell me that he loved me? I couldn't help but kiss him once again,  a smile crept itself onto my face. "I love you, I love you, I love you." he said inbetween kisses, making me laugh again.

I didn't really think Luke would be the first one to say that he loved me, but I didn't complain. "I love you too, Luke." I whispered, being honest. It felt nice to say it out loud. I had always imagined that it was me who would say it first and freak him out and then he would tell me he loved me after a day or two, but hearing him say it first made my heartbeat fasten.
