Marinette's POV:

"Are you sure about this, Marinette?" Chat asked, pausing.

I never thought I would find myself in such a compromising position with Chat Noir. Even more surprisingly, I never thought I would want it to keep going. I felt my face becoming red at the thought.

I wanted him.

"Oh my god, YES Chat." I answered without thinking.

Chat laughed at my enthusiastic response, clearly amused.

"Not so coy anymore, are you, Princess?" Chat responded playfully.

"I don't know what you're talking about..."

"You've been such a tease this whole trip. First you were flirting with that guy at the bar. Then that Chat Noir bikini? You wanted me to notice you."

Chat smirked. His words seemed argumentative but his tone said otherwise. He said it in a confident, matter-of-fact kind of way.

"C-Chat... I" I searched his eyes, not knowing what to say.

I was shocked. Had he really been watching me that closely?

Oh my god. Was Chat Noir jealous?

And it almost made my heart ache knowing that he cared. More than I could say for Adrien.

God, what about Adrien? Wasn't I supposed to love him? And wasn't he supposed to love Ladybug? Why me? Why now?

Chat wasn't wrong about any of it, but I didn't think he would be so bold to say it to my face. Then again, he was Chat Noir. I guess my plan succeeded.

But as Chat's body remained pressing on top of mine, pinning me down, I didn't feel like I was the one in a position of power.

Chat's scent was intoxicating, blurring my ability to think straight. My fingers gently traced his arms, and I could tell through the suit, he had amazing muscle definition.

"Fuuuuck." I thought. Or I thought I was thinking it. But when Chat's eyebrows perked up, I knew it was over.

"Like what you see, Princess?" he asked, catching me in the act.

My face became a crimson red, and I could only avert my gaze in embarrassment.

After mustering up some courage, I looked back into his emerald eyes, and I could see a look of pure desire. The feeling was terribly mutual. Our faces were so close I was acutely aware of his heavy breathing, sending a wave of tingles down my neck. He was so close it would barely take any effort for him to just lean down and...

Chat's POV:

How was it that I had ended up on top of Marinette Dupain-Cheng? One of my closest friends from highschool. A girl I would've had absolutely zero romantic feeling for about a week ago. Right?

But as I looked down to the girl underneath me, I could help but stare in awe of how beautiful she looked. Her face was covered in a deep blush, and she laid on the ground helplessly. Her scared doe eyes made her look so adorable and she didn't even have to try. Fuck, I love this woman.

Wait, was I really thinking that? I mean it's no doubt that Marinette's always been a gorgeous girl, but there was no way I could be in love with her. But something inside me has been drawing me closer and closer to her everyday on this damned trip.

All I knew was I did not want to get off this woman any time soon.

"Are you sure about this, Marinette?" I asked her. I wanted to consider how she was feeling about all of this. Everything had happened so fast and I wanted to make sure that she was okay.

"Oh my god, YES Chat!" She replied.

I laughed as it caught me a little off guard. I had never really known this side of Marinette until recently, and honestly, it turned me on. It almost reminded me of Ladybug, but then again this wouldn't be the best time to be thinking about another girl. I wanted to enjoy this moment.

"Not so coy anymore, are you, Princess?" I teased.

"I don't know what you're talking about..."

So she wants to play dumb. But I wanted to call her out on her game, the same one I was falling right into.

"You've been such a tease this whole trip! First you were flirting with that guy at the bar. Then you wore that Chat Noir bikini? You wanted me to notice you."

This was all true, aside from the fact that I couldn't really be sure that it was all to catch my eye. But it definitely had.

I left her speechless for a moment.

Shit. She must think I'm some stalker now. Say something. Anything.

"C-Chat... I" she managed. She wasn't upset, she looked from it. Those round, bluebell eyes staring deep into mine, I couldn't help but soften under her gaze. Oh, she definitely knows what she's doing.

Marinette's hands trailed across my arms as I made no effort to stop her. Her movements felt like electricity.

"Fuuuuck." I heard her mutter.

She was inspecting my arms, and moreover, liking what she felt! As soon as she realized I had heard it, her pale face instantly became red.

"Like what you see, Princess?" I asked, failing to suppress a smile.

All she could do was blankly stare at me. There was the shy Marinette I knew. Yet, I loved the fact that I could make her so flustered. I always seemed to have that effect on her as Adrien. She was so cute.

As I looked over her for longer, I couldn't help but be mesmerized. Soon there was a deafening silence that lingered between us. I was amazed by her, and I couldn't hide it. I slowly brought my face closer to hers, almost drawn to her subconsciously.

And then I kissed her.
