☯︎ summary: Cara Jasper was a name people really knew around the small town of Easton, Vermont. She was the golden girl after all—top grades, best athlete, friend to all; the whole package. Yet, right beside her was the other name everyone knew, and the girl she couldn't seem to get away from: Aspen Greenwood.
For as long as anyone could remember, Aspen and Cara had been at odds with each other. Whether it was for a spelling bee, a spot on the varsity teams, or even for the winner of most likely to succeed in senior superlatives, the only word they seemed to associate with each other was competition. Even when college rolls around and they expect to never have to deal with each other again, they find themselves clashing once more when they realize they've been assigned as roommates.
