Strawberry Crème: So, what are we doing today?
Cuphead: We need to know what your interests are.
Mugman: There's art, games, reading, dancing, and so much more!
Strawberry Crème: That sounds like fun.

Strawberry Crème: This looks interesting....
Cuphead: More like boring.....
Mugman: Have you ever read a book before?
Strawberry Crème: I think I have but not that much because the orphanage forbids reading, so I did it in secret.
Mugman: Oh.
The trio looks around while Strawberry does the same.

Meanwhile, in hell....
Devil: I give up on getting that cup's soul.
Henchman: Aw, com'n, boss....I'm sure you'll find another person's soul to steal.
Devil: I tried everything to getting that cup's soul.....
Henchman looks at the mirror and spots the trio.
Henchman: There's these guys again....
Then, Henchman notices Strawberry with them.
Henchman: Boss, look!
Devil looks at the mirror as well.
Devil: Who is she?
Henchman: I don't know but looks like she's new on the surface. And she's with those cups you hate. Too bad she doesn't owe you her soul.
Devil: Wait! Maybe I'm not gonna give up on getting souls after all! If I can just get that cup girl's soul....
Henchman: She doesn't owe you her soul yet.
Devil: Oh, she will soon!

Meanwhile, on the surface with the trio and Strawberry.....
Strawberry Crème: The library and the art studio was pretty interesting....but I kinda want to play some games now.
Cuphead: You're talking to the right person! The carnival is around the corner! Let's go check it out.
Strawberry looks at Mugman and Chalice.
Strawberry Crème: You guys coming?
Mugman: Nah, we're gonna head home. You two have fun.
Strawberry Crème: Thanks, Mugs! Wait up, Cuphead!
Mugman and Chalice head home.

Meanwhile, with Cuphead and Strawberry....
Strawberry Crème: Whoa....this looks amazing....have you ever been here before?
Cuphead: Yeah....
Strawberry Crème: You okay?
Cuphead: Yeah, just a bad memory....
Strawberry Crème: Oh.
Then, Strawberry notices a skee-ball game.
Strawberry Crème: Ooh, this looks like fun. "Soul Ball." Ha! What a silly name!
