It's been almost a week since the accident.....I hope Mugman survives....Cuphead refused to eat or sleep....but Strawberry made sure he doesn't hurt himself....so she kept an eye on him.....she made sure he drank plenty of liquids....and he did....

With Cuphead and Strawberry, both of them sat in the bedroom. Cuphead sat on his bed, not saying a word.
Strawberry Crème: Com'n, Cups....there's still hope for Mugman.....
Cuphead:......he lost an eye, though.....
Strawberry Crème: But you still love him as his brother....no matter what he looks like.....right?
Cuphead: Yeah....
Then, Strawberry had an idea in her head.
Strawberry Crème: I'm gonna go out for a bit. Stay out of trouble, okay?
Cuphead: Okay.....

Later, at the hospital, Strawberry talks to the doctor.
Strawberry Crème: I totally want to do this....
Doctor: Are you sure?
Strawberry Crème: Yes....Mugman needs it.....
Doctor: Okay.....

With Cuphead and Chalice, they walked around town.
Chalice: I wonder where Strawberry went.
Cuphead: I guess she went to visit Mugman. She hasn't visited him yet.
Chalice: Do you want to go visit him again?
Cuphead: Sure.....it's been a week since I last saw him......

With Strawberry and the doctor.....
Strawberry Crème: So?
Doctor: The removal was successful.
Strawberry Crème: Awesome! My friend really needs this....his brother is worried about him.....
Doctor: I understand. Now, should I transfer it to Mugman now? He's getting surgery on his head anyway.
Strawberry Crème: He needs it right away.
Doctor: So, that's a "yes"?
Strawberry Crème: Yes.
Doctor: I shall right away.

With Cuphead and Chalice....
Cuphead: I hope Mugman is okay....
Both of them sat in the waiting room.
Chalice: He will be okay.....
Then, Strawberry walks up to them.
Strawberry Crème: Hey, guys! You're here just in time!
Cuphead: Oh! Hey, Stra-
Then, Cuphead looks at Strawberry in shock.
Cuphead: S-Strawberry...?
Chalice: What did you do?
Strawberry Crème: I thought about you said, Cuphead. About Mugman losing one of his eyes....so....
A bandage is wrapped over the side of Strawberry's face.
Strawberry Crème: I gave him my eye. He needs it more than I do.
