[Hello everyone!!! Thank you for all of the sweet comments. That really means a lot to me!

I'm posting something about the cover after this so if you could tell me your opinion, that would be great.

Anyways, I hope you all enjoy!!]

*Nightmare's POV*

Dream wasn't the only one panicking. Everyone was strangely quiet after that last encounter. Not that anyone could blame them.

Nightmare didn't know what to do.

How was this possible? Dream was turning to stone again? It didn't make any sense! There wasn't an incident that caused enough negativity. Nightmare would've felt it.

The last time Dream had been turned to stone, the entire multiverse was affected. Almost all positive emotions were gone. The multiverse had slowly recovered, positivity (and its guardian) was stubborn that way.

But the impossibility of the situation didn't stop it from happening.

Dream. His little brother. He was suffering right now. Slowly becoming the thing from his nightmares. He had a panic attack around a month ago just thinking about the same situation he was now in.

How had this happened? When did this happen? Did someone do this to him? Who would DARE? Most importantly, how would Nightmare fix it? Save him? Protect his twin like he should've already been doing?

Nightmare didn't know what to do.

He was useless.

He couldn't protect anyone.

Just look at Error. His bones were covered in scars from the many battles he was forced to participate in to keep the multiverse from collapsing.  ̶H̶a̶d̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶f̶r̶i̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶l̶o̶s̶t̶ ̶h̶o̶p̶e̶ ̶y̶e̶t̶?̶ ̶W̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶g̶i̶v̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶?̶ ̶N̶i̶g̶h̶t̶m̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶f̶e̶e̶l̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶c̶r̶e̶a̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶h̶o̶p̶e̶l̶e̶s̶s̶n̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶s̶o̶u̶l̶.̶ ̶W̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶t̶r̶y̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶a̶f̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶u̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶u̶c̶h̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶ ̶p̶e̶r̶s̶o̶n̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶?̶ ̶W̶a̶s̶ ̶i̶t̶  ̶t̶o̶̶̶o̶̶̶ ̶l̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶d̶e̶s̶p̶i̶t̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶t̶e̶m̶p̶t̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶f̶r̶i̶e̶n̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶f̶a̶m̶i̶l̶y̶?̶

Blue goes through so much trying to protect everyone. Trying to take care of everyone. Trying to play both sides to prevent as many casualties as possible and going behind the backs of many he called friends.  ̶D̶̶̶o̶̶̶e̶̶̶s̶̶̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶t̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶c̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶s̶e̶l̶f̶?̶ ̶D̶o̶e̶s̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶f̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶s̶u̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶2̶ ̶s̶e̶l̶f̶-̶d̶e̶s̶t̶r̶u̶c̶t̶i̶v̶e̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶r̶s̶ ̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶o̶n̶c̶e̶?̶ ̶D̶o̶e̶s̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶l̶e̶e̶p̶ ̶e̶n̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ ̶o̶r̶ ̶d̶o̶e̶s̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶l̶a̶y̶ ̶a̶w̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶b̶o̶u̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶a̶i̶l̶u̶r̶e̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶a̶y̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶t̶r̶u̶g̶g̶l̶e̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶s̶?̶
