Afterword

     Thank you all so much for reading.

     Forgive the break of character from my usual heart-to-hearts but this is special.

      Thank you. Yes, you specifically. Reading this sentence. Without readers who want to read through the entire story, to follow my journey as a new author right to the end... I don't know if I would really care about this book. Fanfic... fan-novel... thing.

     I'm going to keep things brief but just know I'm constantly gushing over you, you sweet, beautiful, Undertale Fanfiction Reader.

     This book took far too many chapters to write than was probably necessary, which I think adds to the charm, but to put it short, it was poorly planned. But now, I have an actual idea of the plot and pacing for the rest of the series.

    But the next book will be VERY different than this, the third book, and the last book. (Those are the "main-series" books of this story.)

     But as much as I love this book and all of its little quirks, I think it's time to let it stand on its own for a bit. From this point forward I will not be editing anything, fixing any spelling mistakes, clarifying confusing sentences, etc.

     So let these be the last words of this book, and the first words of the next.
