It's no secret that Hanako and Tsukasa are
themed like Night and Day. Amane takes his
name from the word Sun, Tsukasa takes his from Tsuki, meaning moon.
Amane likes space it's an essential part of
his character, but specifically he focuses a lot
on the moon, which is something Tsukasa is often associated with as he has been
drawn countless times with moon emblems
and iconography.

Taking these two panels of Amane gazing

He's lost in thought, his mind somewhere else. I like to believe that he was thinking about Tsukasa in these moments.

I can't help but think that this could be alluding to the twins. Amane overshowing his brother in a way that becomes his own downfall. However, it could be that Amane is the weaker star next it, defined by the red giant at its side. Whatever it is, it's clear that Amane cherishes his brother deeply.

TLDR: The astral themes brought up in the
story is most often symbolic to Yugi twins
for their love and nature.
