Background: Raised by two demons who's marriage was forced she was raised under a house of hatred. Her mother and father did not care for each other her mother showing it more than her father. Octavia met Vergil in the streets with her boyfriend at the time and went along with what Francesco said about Vergil for she did know who he was. Octavia's parents would be killed during the events of Mundus, her mother killed by Vergil and her father Nelo Angelo. Her parents dying wish was for her to live a life protected and loved.
Present Life: Since her adoption and her new family Via has changed the most out of the three. Vergil has disciplined her and Charlie has taught her the values of those around her changing her entirely. She enjoys her new family and sees her life getting better and better, she enjoys Shadow as a way to past time while Vergil and Charlie do their royal duties. Via does get out and hangout with her friend Loona, Vergil does allow her to go out but to be careful and back when requested.
Appearance
Vergil and Charlie don't fully care what she feels. When Via goes out to the city Vergil encourages Via to wear her normal clothing rather than richer clothing for he feels it would give off to much attention to her.

Before her adoption her father tired to help her get her own demonic form. This would be placed on hold and would only resume after Mundus. Vergil would help her awaken her demonic form and with his own ancient ways of teaching her Octavia managed to achieve more with her demonic form and he believes she is capable of more. Her demonic form allows her to shoots balls of fire from her mouth.

Night Fury Screech
In her demonic form Octavia is able to travel up to speeds at 750 MPH. While flying this fast her flyby releases a sound if she wanted could be used to pierce eardrums. This screech is only achieved at fast speeds and only utilized at night for if anyone is to attack her during the day her flying a straight path would bring her down. In some strange way the screech amplifies her fireballs, when traveling at the high speeds she can shoot her fireballs for massive damage in a wide area.
