Sara?! That was one of (Y/N)'s coworkers! What happened between them?!! Why did she...

I then remembered what Sara said earlier.

"He kidnapped my family!"

"He"? Kisaki?

As I was trying to figure things out and Sara was crying, someone kicked open the door of the room and a lot of men with weapons entered the room.

Man 1: Police! Freeze!

Man 2: On the floor, on the floor!

A familiar man entered the room and walked at me.

Naoto: I really hope I can apologize for being too late.

He removed the gag as two of the police cuffed Sara's hand.

Me: Sara-san!

Sara looked at me. I could see despair in her eyes.

Me: I promise I'll avenge you! I promise! But please tell me who is it! Tell me who kidnapped your family!

Sara just kept quiet. The police brought her away.

Me: Sara!

Naoto: Takemichi, calm down. Let's go. We're gonna figure this out together.

He untied me and I rushed towards (Y/N)'s body. I started crying.

Me: AGHHHH!!! DAMMIT!!

Takemichi POV

Naoto: Here, have a drink.

He put a drink on the table beside me. I just stared blankly at the floor. Naoto let out a sigh.

Naoto: I know who is it. And I'm sure you can guess it already.

Me: Kisaki?

Naoto: Yeah.

Me: But is it really so? Or it just your assumption?

Naoto: Well, that depends on our informants actually.

Me: Informants?

Naoto: Yes.

He looked at his wristwatch.

Naoto: It's already late. Go back home and get yourself patch up, we're gonna meet the informants tomorrow.

Me: Can we really trust them, though?

Naoto: You won't doubt them once you meet them. Drink and go back home. You did a good job today.

Me: Huh?

He left the office leaving me confused.
