When Blanca stopped at the entrance to the practice faculty Nick couldn't help but feel a little sad. He had finally found her again just to lose her within minutes. Deciding not to let the words slip away again he asked "Would you be up for a coffee sometime soon? I'd love to catch up more." When a yes came out of the the mouth of Blanca he couldn't help but do a little scream in his head and when he was about to walk off he heard her say,
"Hey I know that you went to college for football but I thought that I must have taught you something in highschool like to make plans you need a way to communicate and unless you've become some sort of psychic you might want my phone number so we can sort out the details." He couldn't help but smile at her words
"It seems time has made you so much kinder."
"It seems time has made you less smart. Did you bang your head a few too many times?"
"Ah your jokes still suck."
"And yet you still want my number. Here give me your phone and I'll put it in for you." As he handed his phone over to the brunette he couldn't care less for the lecture coach Kocurek was going to give him for being late, and as he walked into the building with a new contact he could help but feel like he was on cloud 9.
A/N
yesterday was heartbreaking to watch, i just hope the Damar Hamlin is going to be okay and i also hope that Tee Higgins will mentally be okay as well, can't imagine the guilt he feels.
