Neteyam POV

I couldn't help but to think why I kissed him, am such an idiot for that like really neteyam. I tried to go to sleep but I can't for some reason, I never. Had this problem before, I tried to move to see if I would sleep better but no.

Even loak said to stop moving too much, I just left and stayed outside taking deep breaths "are you okay neteyam" all of a sudden I heard my dad "how did you know I was awake" I question him

"Come on am your dad" he chuckled "but tell me what's wrong" he said "nothing dad I just can't sleep"  "is it because you like someone?" He told me

What the hell how did he know.. "kid don't lie to me, you know I had hard time sleeping when I liked your mom, I couldn't get my mind off of her." He smiled "yeah dad your right" I couldn't lie to him.

"Hm well  first, already like we just got here, and 2 who is it?"

"Um dad I'm going to tell you something and please don't tell anyone not even mom." He grab my pinkie and said "promise" with a small smile

"It's aonung" I just looked down at the floor knowing that he is probably going to say something bad

"The chief son right? Well he seems like a good kid and.. " he lift my face up making me face him "it's okay to like guys neteyam, I'll always love you no matter what" he smiled at me

I couldn't help but cry and hug him as he hug back "there there, calm down" he said as he kissed my head

I calm down a bit "thank you dad, I love you" I smiled at him."shhh are you ready to go to sleep" I nodded as we went back to the room

Another day to face him, I hope we're still cool after all that stuff yesterday, I can still feel his lips if like we're kissing again, learning ended so I really don't know what going to happen between us, I saw him at breakfast but I don't think he noticed me so I just sat next to kiri and loak

We're just talking about how loak doesn't know what a Milky Way is

"Is it like some type of fruit or something" he said "no dumbass it from space" kiri shouted back "I can't believe you don't know what a Milky Way is loak, do you pay attention to history?" I said looking at him

"Nope and don't care" he smiled like an idiot

"Hey guys" we all heard a soft voice and knew who it was "hi guys" we looked up and saw tsireya about to sit infront of us

"Hey tsireya" loak said with excitement "what are you guys talking about" she questioned "oh guess what, loak doesn't know what a milk-" kiri got cut off from loak "about how much we like this place"

He smiled at her "oh well am glad you guys love it here, after all it's your home now" she smiled "hey were is your brothers" kiri ask, "oh there coming there just talking to other friends"

I looked around and saw aonung talking to a girl he seemed happy with, I just got lost in my thought that if he doesn't like me or even hates me, maybe am not good enough for him."

"Neteyam do you want more food" I looked up and saw kiri talking to me "oh um no thanks"

"Hm okay" she said as she went back talking to the rest, damn I have no one to talk to.
