•Chapter 32.

_____________

"Hey, son."

"Hey, cuz."

Richard and Dorian sat next to him, each one at one of his sides and they started looking the view with him. Nothing had to be said at this time. Silence was what they needed the most. Anyways, what could they tell him right now ? That everything will be alright or something like that. It will be useless for now since it just happened.

The sky was dark with a million of stars brightening and the yellow moon was lighting up the night too. There was a little breeze, but the weather was still warm. It didn't feel like someone had died. It was very calm and peaceful. Interesting that it was at this moment that they were finally enjoying their roof veranda.

"She won't be suffering now." RJ mumbled and then sighed feeling the wind caressing his skin.

Richard nodded, "True. Another angel went to Heaven."

They three took a deep breath and suddenly they heard a sniff. The two Richards turned their head towards the sound. Dorian had let some tears fall. It was a little weird because Do was never crying. And never really meant rarely, very rarely. RJ patted his shoulder as they all stayed quiet.

"I'm gonna miss her. Even if she was acting like a crazy girl these past few days...I love her like a sister." Dorian said wiping his face.

"She wants us to be happy, so that's what we're gonna do."

Richard looked at his son and young cousin proudly. No matter what, they had each other's back and he knew that this situation was only going to make them go stronger after their dreams and it will be their motivation to do good with their lives. He wasn't worrying too much about them, he knew that they were going to be alright.

"I love you guys." He told them smiling.

[ One Week Later ]

RJ groaned as his alarm clock rang. He wasn't in the mood to go to school, but he had too. Now, he couldn't miss it anymore. Not even one day. It was the end of the month of March, so almost the end of school year and he wanted to walk on stage with the other graduates in June.

He didn't attend his classes this past week, since he was mourning, but now he was back for good. Plus, he had a football game in two weeks. He wasn't there for the last two one's, but he talked with his coach and the old man finally let him participate for the last games of the year. But before to actually do that, RJ had to prove him that he was ready to beat their adversaries' butts.

That was his motivation for today. First, he was going to these boring classes and will try to keep calm being surrounded by so many ignorant people and then he'll be able to expend his energy on the field.
