Imagine me loving you
Imagine me fulfilling your dreams
Imagine me being your everything, the one without whom you can't live
And the one of whose dreams you dream.
Now face the reality of me breaking your heart
See me devouring your soul
Hear me laughing, when you cry a river of blood
Touch me to know that I am not the one you used to know.
"It's so cruel", you say
Oh it is
"Have you got no remorse?", you ask
Oh I don't
"Did you ever even love me?"
Ditto back at you, honey.
He stared at me and so did I
I smiled an evil smile
Then I whispered like the night
"Do you remember me?" of course nigh
When do ever they remember the one they left to bleed
Naked on the floor
Scarred for the world to see
Twisting in agony, writhing in pain, screaming for mercy
Nigh, Why would they ever remember what they claim to be a lie?
