You know, I crave your love,
I haven't felt it, but I miss your touch
You know, I hate your smile, it feels insincere,
Can you show me your real side?
You know? I can even accept the ugly scars and the wretched cries,
But I can't accept the distance, the fakeness, and all of these lies.
I hope in my dreams that you will be fine,
I hope that when lovers look into each other's eyes,
I can proudly in my heart claim you mine
You see, I am terrified of what I don't know,
But I hope, you can pull me away from this darkness, this unknown.
Take me to the light, tell me your secrets and lies,
Show me that side, which no one can see, which to everyone you deny.
On the other side, I cannot go,
I can just call you from here, day by day in a row,
But even I get tired, centuries apart and my heart grows cold,
Maybe I will shut myself and my heart behind these doors,
Coz maybe my story was meant to be forever untold.
