Your POV

"Bomb! Get down!" he shouts, tackling me down just as the wall exploded into pieces and sending an invisible sound-wave to knock us down. In slow motion, I saw flying parts scatter like a meteor shower then falling back on the ground with Levi.

The foundation wall that stood there just a few seconds became rubble, leaving only a falling-apart hole. A cloud of dust settle round, small gulfs of flames were nibbling off remains.

My conscious was only holding by a thin invisible string, a ringing noise pierced my eardrums. My head swayed, refusing to slip into darkness just yet.

I look beside me, seeing Levi on the ground. His cheek was slightly grazed but his head was bleeding and knocked out cold. Unable to keep my strength, my head hit the ground.

Just a moment, I saw a pair of shoes stepping from the hole. My eyes followed the owner of it, staring at the face of...

'David?' I thought, seeing two more people behind him wearing masks.

David brown eyes met mine. He chuckles, crouching down at me and looks at Levi. His mouth move but I wasn't able to make out the words. The pompous screeching rings came to a halt, enabling my ears to hear again.

"We don't have time, let's go." One of the Titans said.

"Next time F/n," David says, smirking then winks and stands straight, walking away. My lids fell heavy, and before I could realize I was entering the dark.

'David's escape...'

Bright lights, voices chattering in the background and an abnormal warmth resonating in my hand. That health-giving heat slowly reeled me back to reality, and the fog in my mind clearing.

There were other beds, arrange in a single row, pressed up against one-side of the wall in the room. Blue-green curtains covering the bedded areas for privacy, but definitely wasn't sound-proof.

My curtains were open, exposing me to the other parts of the room.

I could hear different voices that belonged to various of people. I sat up, experiencing an painful etching headache. I pressed against my temples, shaking my head to rid of the remaining fog. I blinked once or twice, staring at a cute familiar face.

"Big sis!" Miya shouts, letting go of my warm hand and jumps on the bed to hug me tightly.

"Miya! Are you ok?" I exclaim, moving her hair out of her face but seeing no signs of injuries on her.
